Do you think Nintendo could be convinced to remake the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time? You know like with better graphics and possibly a boss rush mode?
eh maybe... i don't exactly see it happening anytime soon but it's possible.. maybe make a game that includes both the ocarina of time and majora's mask togother? since they're part of the same story anyways... and u know with better graphics, new stuff, and a some stuff for what happened after majora's mask too... but once again... i don't see this happening :-\
No. If any Zelda game needs to be remade it's Link to the Past, not Ocarina.
possibly both?
no, everyone already played the crap out of that game...
graphical updates are useless.
I don't see a remake of Ocarina of Time of Majoras Mask being done as the next Zelda game.Sometime in the future maybe but I have my hopes up for a sequel to Twilight Princess much like Majoras Mask was a direct sequel to Ocarina of Time. It makes alot of sense for a sequel to Twilight Princess to be made just because of how much further the story can go after the game ends. Plus the fact that Twilight Princess sold so well.
If anything should be remade, it should be the first two Zelda games (Zelda and Zelda II) and the Oracles series should be put in 3D.

i think they should remake the ocarina of time- it was definatly the best one. (well, except 4 the wind waker)
Zelda 2 remade would be awesome. The platforming element made things interesting...
A Zelda 2 remake for the Handheld would be amazing. Maybe make it a lil easier (to beat enemies and to know where to go).
I enjoyed Zelda 2 as much as the other Zelda games. This game deserves a remake.

i agree but i really did not enjoy the Wind Waker as much :p
ocarina of time for ds maybe? i really wish rare would let them use banjo kazoie again... and then they could put it on the ds =P. all the n64 should be put on the ds.. since we already know they can...
I want to see OoT and MA remade, but they really need to do something about this:

I HATED how much I could not see in TP.
I still think either a direct sequel to Wind Waker or Twilight Princess would be the best and most obious choice.
PH was the squeal to WW.
I don't have a DS so sorry about that.
I have a DS but I didn't play it. I hate all of the new handheld zelda games. Well, Minish Cap was okay but it had NOTHING to do with the storyline.
the handheld zelda games were just as good as the others if you ask me... and there's no real zelda storyline... i don't know about you, but i don't play zelda for the story, because it's not generally that well-defined...
but i'll give you that phantom hourglass was definitely not that great... the other handhelds, everyone forgets about them, but if you ask me they're just as good...
To try and redo and make Ocarina and Majora better games is like when they made Chrono Cross, hoping that it could be just as perfect as Chrono Trigger, it shoudn't happen (not to say the Cross wasn't a amazing game, but Trigger is the epidemy of Perfection)
I'd rather see a 2D remake for the Nintendo DS from Link's Awakening.
i enjoyed that one
i don't think nintendo should spend effort in remaking oot and mm. They're great games and everyone already likes them. If there's gonna be work spent on upping the graphics that could be an entirely new game done already.

Exactly.

or just make it for the ds for those who haven't played it...(and those who don't have wiis) super mario 64 is already there.. why not zelda?
Isn't Super Mario 64 a scroll-by game?
If you mean like Kirby games in Scroll-by, then no, SM64 was a platformer, free reign of where you went. But i personally dont think that OoT or MM would be good DS candidates.

i agree
honestly, I think Nintendo should get their act together and make a proper, comprehensive timeline for the LoZ series, and fill in all of the gaps with new games instead of dwelling on the old ones.
They need to make at least a couple LoZ games with story lines that go together.
QuoteIsn't Super Mario 64 a scroll-by game?
:P Nope. That's in 3-D.
Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask would be OK to remake. I sure would like to know what happens between games. But other than that, it's not really that much of a needed thing.
What I want to see is a game placing us after OoT, MM, and TP but before WW.
QuoteWell, Minish Cap was okay but it had NOTHING to do with the storyline.
Btw, if you beat Minish Cap, you should notice that's where Link first gets the hat at the very end of the game. Shouldn't that place it at the very beginning?
I bet next gen they will remake the n64 zeldas because at that time the n64 will be pretty outdated and nintendo will want to bring the awesomeness of those games back to the present.
i cant wait for that to happen :)

I think you mean that.
It's funny cuz it's true.
We're just starting to see some NES and arcade games being remade so it takes about twenty years before games are remade.
Probably. But still they would make a fortune off a remake.
