The game's officially over. The Werewolves have won due to equal amount of humans vs wolves. This thread is where all players can discuss what happened in the game. I have some brief comments about the game. The statistics are as follows:
The Player List:
1. Concerto No. 20 in D minor-Guardian
2. Dude-dudejrulz-Wolf
3. EnR-RyanFFR-Human
4. Brawler4Ever-Human
5. DaveytheRebel-DaveyHauffe-Human
6. Jamaha-Wolf
7. Dekudude-DaDekudude-Seer
8. Pumpy_Heart-pumpyheart-Human
9. Sirus-Human
10. HugoMeister-hugomeister576-Wolf
11. HungryDragon-Human
12. Super Zombie-Human
Comments: The game began with what I had expected. Everyone was being very over-analytical and bringing out the possibilities of other's being wolves(This is after Brawler4Ever being wolved Night 1). Day1, Sirus was wolfed the classic way of pleading not to be killed. This should be an example for everyone. You won't be human in the eyes of other players without a defense that makes sense. What Sirus did was ensure his death by using "I swear I'm not a wolf, you must believe me." as his defense. Better defenses came as the game progressed.
The next few death were fair, the wolves were working silently while the humans came into the chat occasionally and posted in the thread. This inactivity game the wolves a huge advantage. If the humans had been more active in the sense of communicating with other players more, I believe the game would have been won by humans. Nevertheless, they did begin to become reasonable near the end of the game, which I am proud to see happen so early in a first time TWG.
Near the end of the game, Dekudude claimed Gaurdian. I feel as though this was an unecesssary move. With a guardian to protect him, Dekudude could have easily came out as the Seer and said that the guardian was protecting him. It would have been easier and more believable in my opinion, rather than cloaking the truth with yet another lie.
Then after the death of Dekudude by lynch, the wolves wolfed Davey(Hugo's idea). This pointed to every human that Dude was a wolf and taking care of the threat. What suprised me was how dead on perfect Hugo's defense was. It showed the possibility of Dude being framed, which while the odds of Dude were greater, the possibility was still very realistic. For this reason, I grant MVP to HugoMeister. This was a great defense and did shift part of the suspicion from dude, partly, I say. I would have most likely used this defense in a more elaborate an detailed way, but Hugo hit it dead on.
Then came the insta. I don't know why everyone decided to lynch Concerto without any reason. To be honest, all three wolves bandwagon'd Hugo and then the extra not-paying-attention vote came from HungryDragon. Little did everyone know, that was the game. The insta is more than 50% of the votes. That made 4/7 of the player's votes. With Concerto now dead, there were 6 players remaining. Three humans and three wolvs leads to the automatic win of the wolves, as known throughout most of the internet that plays TWG, and stated in the rules.
I think I only have a few more things to say. While the game itself seemed rather hopeless to the hiumans, and they made decisions that honestly made me laugh a little bit. Each team had an advantage against one another, and from my standpoint, I thought the humans had it in the bag up until Day 3 when they were lynching Concerto.
I'll leave the rest of the details for you guys to discuss. I think it was a great first game, for everyone. If you guys want to play again, I'll be happy to host another game.
The End
>.< me and my miscountingness...
I had figured though Jamaha was a wolf and was 50/50 split on Dude...
*leaves to never be seen again*
Nonsense, you learned from your mistake. Play again, it's how you get better. I was horrible my first TWG.
I'll see about next round ::)
Haha. I befriended Hugo day 1. haha.
Thats all I have to say. I chose someone at least...
Those stories are awesome. Good job, Nakah.
Where's the next kingdom/area that we're going to?

Thanks. Read the last wording more carefully, the end part of the story. I can't tell where the next game will be(if everyone wants to play again), it's a secret.
I'd just like to say, SEE? TOLD YA SO!
At the beginning of the game we didn't have any evidence that pointed to anyone. So we voted for random people, which is generally how TWG starts out. But I was amazed that you voted for Concerto when it was so much more probable that it was Dude! And it wasn't much of a secret that JaMaHa was a wolf. Ah, well, it was fun.
I'd like to play again ASAP.
Also, I'm only going to host a few more games, one or two at max. Then, if someone else wants to try hosting afterwards, we'll do that. I'll play, if that happens.

I wouldn't mind hosting
but... we'll see
XD Seriously, why DID everyone vote for Concerto?
Well, I voted Concerto because EnR originally said Concerto. I thought I could use that to save Dude. Then he changed it to Dude, so Dude and JaMaHa both voted Concerto also to try and save Dude. Then HungryDragon came along, idk why he did.
Quote from: Concerto in the Mushroom KingdomOh noes! 2 more votes for me and I'm dead. Come on, make it interesting, make me and dude have the same amount of votes
Bad counting +/\= ::)
Well, if I were in a village, and there were two people saying someone was a murderer, and then the next day they both wound up dead, I wouldn't say "Well that person might just be framed so let's instead kill someone that we randomly pick and let the other person go. Also, if Dude had been voted, I probably would have been wolfed next, but if I wasn't, I would have tried to get JaMaHa lynched. Did anyone forget that he was tied for lynching? That's a better bet than Concerto that he's a wolf.

No his counting was correct, two more votes came and meant insta.
I had misread that concerto was 2 away from being equal with Dude so...
what's done is done
yeah, i'de like to play this time 'round so someone needs to hurry and host a game.
I'll begin a sign up thread in a moment.
sign me up when you do
ill try better next time :P
but there was no evidence since it was first day :-\
LOL I died. Oops. :P

You were a victim of what we call "Stupid." This "stupid" is when a bunch of uneducated people living in a village come up with a horrible way to solve a problem. The better way to solve this would be for everyone to be tied up, The Thing (John Carpenter remake) style. But, then, the game wouldn't be very entertaining, so I guess you were a sacrifice to entertainment.
And there's nothing wrong with that. ::)
Well no, you guys had a wolf seered but you decided to kill your guardian instead incidentally ending the game.
I was talking about being a sacrifice to entertainment. :)

LOL. So we killed both blue guys?
Quote from: Nakah from wheneverThere was a dark silence in the empty village. The bodies were left in their place as the werewolves grouped together. In the moonlight they let out a strange howl, or a scream even, that crippled all
peace that ever existed in the mushroom kingdom, echoing into the forest, and into the night sky.
*shiver*
That is probably the sweetest ending to a Mafia [or TWG, in this case] game I have ever seen.

Yeah, if the humans had won then the story would have been completely different and everyone wouldn't be in the current location of game that is currently being played.
I was the Seer last game, and they killed me... not the Guardian.
people definitely got into the second game more than the first, just look at the post counts.

I think even their current interest is just a spec compared to the level of interest I'm aiming for with this.
7And doth said God unto Nakah, "Thou shalt create a forum, and it shalt be called The Werewolf Game, and it will be good. And people will flock to you as sheep flock unto their shepherd.
8And the intelligence and involvement will grow exponentially.
9But head my word, for there will be a thorn in your bushel of cotton. Do not allow a demon, dressed in the clothes of a young boy with a big heart, surrounded by strange creatures, to fool the sheep and destroy your hard work.
10When he comes, be ready to send him back from whence he came!"

We're barely learning to think. As soon as we have more games done, we can figure what a wolfish
actually sounds like! ;D
The number of times I was "wolfish" in the Game of Fate...
It's clear that people are still at an early stage of development, shown by the whole listen-to-Pumpy-and-don't-think-for-yourself thing.
You are just mad that you got lynched. People are thinking to themselves, while at the same time being led by pumpy.
I see him as the Hitler figure of the game (No offense to Pumpy). The game basically goes the way he wants unless the wolves outsmart him. :P
I'll have to agree with both of you. For a while, everyone WAS following everything Pumpy said. I am very proud of those who broke away and decided to fend for themselves. Kudos to j00. :-D
Apparently very few of you must have followed my picture joke of pumpy message.

Those that broke away died. :P
Not neccesarily. HungryDragon is still alive. As am I. Most of Pumpy's complete followers are dead now. Tranzlater will be gone for a while, HungryDragon doesn't follow Pumpy. I will follow Pumpy only if there is a sense of democracy going on. And I don't know about Dekudude. I'm thinking that he follows Pumpy.
Irrelevancy for TWG I post game. Don't bring TWG II into here. Keep it where it should be.
Sorry but just as a quick reply, I'm not mad that he killed me. It's just it was for no reason. If I were a wolf and found out legitimately and killed, I would congratulate the person. But if I'm killed for no reason, regardless of what I am, I'm pissed.
I think that we need a thread for the dead or something...no information could be passed(like "Yeah. I was a wolf.") but we could just talk about how the current game is going.
And for Super Zombie: I died Night 1 in Game 1(before I ever got a chance to actually play it). It doesn't get worse than that. ;D
Brawler: Nakah mentioned running multiple games at once, so the people who get wolfed night one and miss out on the game, they get to join a supplemental game that starts up a few games after the original game. Cant find his quote but it was along those lines.

Not how it's going to work. I'll explain it more when the time comes.

It's nothing out of the ordinary for your death. Pumpy found you suspicious personally, and used his influence upon the majority of the players to see to it that you were eliminated. If you think it's unfair, I think you're missing the entire point of this game.
I don't think it's unfair. It's the point of the game. I'm just mad that I was killed, which, in the afterlife, is a natural reaction.

So true... :P
It only takes one more vote and the game will most likely be over, just for the record, im most definately signing up for game 3, but i liked the whole story from the first game, the second game is just saying, "yeah, the blobs kill each other. PLAY!" The last story gave me chills at points.
We're just waiting for Pumpy and Master_Gamer to vote... they have until Friday.
Voting will be difficult... My vote won't be coming until it has to come... :-\
Haha, wow... TWG II has approximately 4x as many posts as TWG I. :o
And TWG III looks to get 4x as many posts as TWG II. This game is getting big.
This game is going to be huge on NSM. It will be great fun. We will need another great host though :P
