Title: Pseudo's comps. listen. now.
Post by: PseudoMario16 on July 30, 2008, 03:18:07 PM
well, heres one : http://www.mediafire.com/?ydcnlzwu5vu
Its my first ever original composition, so, i hope you like it!!! (plz comment on it, but don't you dare tell me it sounds like lord of the rings. that wasn't intentional at all.)

oh, and lol check this out : http://dumbflash.com/
It's my cousins and mine from like 8 years ago.
(oh,and if u havent noticed, we havent done any work on the site since we made it...)

http://www.mediafire.com/?6chtcyjjk54 - mushroom kingdom trombone duet (mario RPG)

http://www.mediafire.com/?h25b6o06crj - mushroom kingdom trombone trio-(Mario RPG)

Here's the mushroom kingdom trombone trio that Olimar12345 edited for me:

http://www.mediafire.com/?bulhej8meo

okay well, the trombone duet is the song with, well... two trombones
the trio is the two original parts, and the trombone 1 part is, a harmony, sorta thing. anyway, i made that part up. it sounded cool, so there it is

ITS SOME NEW STUFF!!!!! (Finlally....)

Brass Band Canon in D- http://www.mediafire.com/?gtegtjjyzmm

Mario Song Trombone Quartet- http://www.mediafire.com/?jthzfymhjzy

Tequila Trombone Quartet- http://www.mediafire.com/?zmwnwylhjh5

William Tell Overture Trombone Quartet- http://www.mediafire.com/?fttyy23yymk  (My best arrangement EVER)

It's very pretty...but I must point out that the melody is very reminiscent of Lord of the Rings, haha!

Uh..I think that the Purple Guy won...

No Name: Sounds like the Shire Theme. I don't like the parts with only one Trombone. I think that they should be more...filled. Good job, though. I like it.

Dude, there's no way that isn't the Shire Music. Strange that it sounds so close.

to be honest, i didnt even think of the shire music until you guys pointed it out, butyeah, i see what u mean...
oh, and if ur gonna play it mr. olimar, ur gonna have to find some1 to play a high c.
(i was gonna make it a trumpet part, but i wasnt 100% sure how to read trumpet notes)

Finale has a function so you place everything in concert pitch...that way you don't have to transpose trumpet notes...I know how...but it really sucks for an extended amount of time.

No offence but If have to give a name to your 1st piece, I would like to call "Lord of the Ring Theme"...
Its a clear imitation of the song. You have to try more and get more inspiratio. I likw to show my compositions ,but im afraid that some day the songs could be stolen... You should make the same. Dont put your MUS. files here. Thats suicide. You should put instead of MUS. files, try put MIDI. or your songs will be stolen.

your composistions are pretty amazing.
we actually had the Houston Symphony come to our high school and play some Rachmaninof music. It was really amazing.

william tell overture-sick trombone 4 part! over all very nice. well done

Taquilla-who yeah! it sounds great! keep it up!

mario quartet-this one needs some work, here's what i saw-
-the begining-coin-thing doesn't really work out.... just being honest
-it needs articulation(badly) gets messy in some fast spots
-in the overworld portion of the song the trombone 3 part is alittle empty...
-i think u forgot to change the speed at the end...unless its supposed to speed through it really fast...

these are just my suggestions to make your sheet better ;)

Charlie brown- lol, i was actually arranging this song last december but never finished. unfortunantly, u had some timing issues. Here (http://www.mediafire.com/?ozmtjmj4wny) is mine if u want to see wat i am talking about.

Brass Canon in d- ...umm, ur "Brass Canon in D" link goes to an incomplete string ensamble canon in d...
