I took the name for this track from discogs (https://www.discogs.com/release/15948212-Yasuhiro-Kawasaki-Illusion-of-Gaia-Soundtrack). I can't find this on vgmdb. If you have any better ideas about the name, let me know.

I don't know anything about this game/soundtrack either but what you have sounds reasonable and matches this listing (https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/illusion-of-gaia) too, so I've updated the title for now.
I really don't have much to say - this looks very clean and simple, everything checks out. I'd just suggest adding some space to the beginning of the last measure using the Measure Tool so the whole note isn't so far left.
