I went through this one again since the last time I submitted it and I believe I made some major improvements since then.

Wow, 2017... that was a long time ago! https://www.ninsheetmusic.org/forum/index.php?topic=9502.0
It does look much better now :)
Bunch of things to fix that are all quite small!
Left hand:
- In m. 6/8/14 beats 2-4 go C#-Cx-D# instead of B-C#-D#
- In m. 16 the last three notes should be E-B-G# descending
- In m. 18 beats 2-2.5 should be F#-B ascending
- It sounds to me like the pairs of notes in the bass at the end (C#/D#) stay at the same pitch instead of alternating octaves.
Right hand:
- You could include a G# in the chord in m. 5/13 to give it a bit more punch and highlight the major chord better.
- Last B in m. 5/9/13 should be sharp
- The upper B at the end of m. 16 should also be sharp. This creates an augmented octave with the B in the lower layer that's both uncomfortable to play and listen to, so I'd suggest omitting the lower B.
- Beat 1 of m. 19 is awkward because the held E looks like it's overlapping with the new E, but it's not. I would suggest ending the 8va halfway through m. 18 and write the last phrase with ledger lines to make this clearer (even if you have a few more ledger lines to deal with).
- In m. 18 I'd also suggest hiding the eighth rest on beat 2.5 and the half rest on beat 3, and bringing the eighth rest on beat 3 down to normal staff height. Basically, I think it'd be cleaner while still being clear to the reader that the extra layer only exists for the note on beat 1.
- In the last measure, the lower layer goes C#-Cx on beats 2-3 instead of B#-C#.
Files are update!
Neat! Just a few more small things before I sign off on this one:

The B on beat 2.5 should be an octave up

You can also flip this down now since there's nothing below it.
Other than that, it's a bit funny that the D# on beat 2 of m. 19 isn't part of the lower layer, but there isn't quite room for it right now and it might not be necessary to flip the eighths upwards or something. Probably alright as is.

Oops, I misread what you said.

Actually, it's just because the G#s were also on the lower layer. However, I've just shortened the half note in the first layer to a quarter note and adjusted the G#s and D# accordingly.

I also fixed a couple other small things since I apparently accidentally used an older file somehow that didn't have all the improvements.
Okey doke! Looks good to me - just one small thing, make sure the tie between m. 18-19 bends up instead of down.

Done!
• I was skimming through the comments on this sub, did want to point out the formatting on this sheet template is old, would you mind updating to the current template?
• Any thoughts on adding the harmony notes under m8 and m16 RH, perhaps just beat 1 and 2 (and a tie from m7 and m15 4.5)? Could look something like this:
(about:invalid)
Updated!
If you're including that part, I think the Cx would be better spelled as a Dn. It's the minor 7th of the tonic and doesn't resolve upwards to D# - it actually stays on Dn on beat 1.5 which would look weird coming from Cx. Also make sure that tie bends downward, away from the upper notes.

I honestly did think it was weird to have it be a Cx when it was literally shown as a Dn in the next measure, but I was in a rush, so I just copied the screenshot verbatim and then forgot about it. It's updated now.
I also really wish the ties would auto in the right direction because I will never notice it if someone doesn't point it out.
Okay! changes look good, I accept
