m9-11 LH - I hear this as only repeated quarter notes.
m9 b1-2 - I think the RH does a similar pattern to in m10: a dotted quarter followed by 2 16th notes (in this case F, Gb)
m9 RH - b3, 3.5, 4 I hear an Eb, Db, and Bb respectively as lower harmony
m11 RH - b1 there's another Db, then on b3 there's a lower Bb which could maybe be included up an octave
m45 RH - b1.75 there's an Eb up top
