Okay so I hit chat on the main page and when it says to verify java, I accidently hit cancel, so now I can't get it even if I reload the page.
Well, I use a Mac, and when I do that Java shows up in my bottom menu. All I have to do is quit it, then I can re-run chat. If you are using windows, you probably need to find out a way to quit Java.
EDIT: Oh yeah, you can probably press ctrl-alt-delete to open up task manager, then end Java.
