Title: Finale 2010 help.
Post by: Dude on August 23, 2011, 09:57:51 AM
I'm looking for a way to split up a chord, but I forgot the technical name for it or where it would be.

It's like... say I have a C major chord, instead of C, E and G being played at the same time, I want it separated, but still held down.

arpeggios? if so, you'd use the vertical squiggly line in the articulation tool.

edit: it should be articulation 31.

Thanks!! I was trying to do that with a Gm7. I thought finale was getting upset.

with the repeat tool, select the measures where you want the first ending and then right click and select "Create First and Second Ending"
