You need Cave Story, unless it's included in your DSiWare games transferred.
I'm jealous of you all
Um, ...thank you? lol. Don't worry, wry, the 3ds sucks right now. In about a month it will be worth having tho.
It will be absolutely worth it when KH: 3D comes out.
As long as it's not meh like Re:Coded was... I loved 358/2 Days though. I like Roxas way better than Sora so idk. Re:Coded was prolly mediocre cause of it being a remake or something... Either way, KH Dream Drop Distance still isn't at the top of my list. Or really in the top five spots.
I give Coded wiggle room since it was a cellphone native game ported to the DS.
But you also forgot who you're talking to when it comes to KH.
I'm buying a 3DS just for KH3D.
Luigi's Mansion is going to be far superior though D:
The 3ds has been out for less that a year and you guys already own this much stuff? geez, I wonder if you guys even realize that there's quite a bit of cool stuff you could spend money on instead of video games.
Like hats. Lots and lots of hats.

Your logic is flawed. The original is always gonna be better for me! XD So I hope they include the original in the 3D game (as a post game unlockable or something?).
I don't remeber where ( nintendo3dsblog.com ?) but they said they wouldn't have room on the cartridge for it. however, you can still get it for $10 on the e-shop.
Duh. I've already got it. He's just like "oh em jee new game so much better" (just kidding warioman!) :) tbh I don't know if I'll even get Cave Story 3D. I'll probably ask for it for Christmas or something.
For now, im focusing on new games liek mario land and mario kart =D
I'm probably going to wait to get cave story 3ds. as much as I love cave story and as much as I don't want to worry Nicalis that they might not get my monies, I've played cave story twice and I have it on wiiware if I ever want to play it so I'll buy it much later when I has tons more monies if it's still available.

Luigi's Mansion 2

The only thing that comes to my mind is: Why pokemon toys? I mean, seriously... why not real pokemon? It's kinda stupid! :(
Anyways, I don't plan to buy this game, not because of that, of course... It's just that I don't find that game ( and I can say the same about pokepark) very appealing. I just wanted to share my opinion on this game. :-\
The original pokemon rumble for Wii was very meh, so of course I'm not buying the sequel.. But Pokepark? One of the most surprisingly fun games EVER. Can't wait for the second one.
If they were real Pokemon, I'd feel worse about abandoning the ones that I started out with. :P

I've never played these games before, it's just they require pummeling an opponent, which is my favourite kind of brain-numbing game. I could just smash something in a game all day. :D

I keep on hearing mixed reviews over Rumble Blast, but I just can't get over that fact that they're using those stupid, stinking My Pokémon Ranch models. Is stubborned like a reverse participle, where instead of making a verb into an adjective, you make it the other way around? XD

My bad, I actually spelled the word wrong. It's just "stubborn." I got confused between the way you say the word and the way you spell it. English is so weird sometimes XD

This is all a marketing trick. They want the Pokemon to all look super-cute so that all those "non-gamers" or "casual gamers" will be sucked into it. Pokemon is such a cash cow for Nintendo and has a lot of universal appeal so they're trying to milk that to entice more hold-outs over to the 3DS for their Pokemon fix.
Basically, you're probably not the targeted audience for this game, but Nintendo is fine with that.
Quote from: SlowPokemon on October 27, 2011, 07:56:06 PM6.5 on IGN... meh I'll pass on this.
I wouldn't go with just one review, especially one from IGN. There's no way they'd give this game anything over a 7, even if it was truly a fantastic game. Again, they're not the target audience and aren't supposed to find as much enjoyment in it. They did say it was better than the original, so if you liked that, you'll probably like this one too. The consensus (Metascore has it at a 60 right now) seems to be that it's just really repetitive which wears away what fun there would've been fairly quick. And that it's just not deep enough for this kind of retail release.
I never said I based it solely off of that review. The first one was boring and I have better things to spend money on.
I don't. It's not my money in the first place. :P

It's a button-mashing game. And it's not main series Pokemon. If it were something decent like Pokemon Ranger I might consider it, but I hated the first Pokemon Rumble and everything I've seen suggests that it's extremely similar.

Because it doesn't make sense to do that.
I think it does.
1. The graphics for both consoles are entirely different; DS is more pixelated than the 3DS.
2. Playing a DS game on a 3DS reduces the quality. I've tried playing DS games on my 3DS and the graphics look shit.
They should come out for both DS and 3DS.

1. Yeah, but it still looks great.
2. Of course, but it doesn't look ridiculously awful. Also you can hold down select or start while choosing the game and it will reduce it to its original resolution (of course it looks tiny, but if you're really that upset...) Just play them on your regular DS.
Coming out for both is ridiculous...

Is the resolution AWFUL on the DSi XL?

I've never even seen it. But I think it would be really cool, since I love the slightly bigger screen on the DSi. It's my favorite model of the system (notwithstanding DSi XL).

Hard? I had around 80 deaths the first playthrough of it, and around 77-79 of those was because I couldn't save on my emulator (the second and third time I beat it, I figured out I could set all the buttons to one button, that way I could press more than 3 buttons, so no more deaths ;D)
Seriously though, I didn't find the game that hard. The bosses might kill you if you doesn't figure out how to beat them fast though. Oh well, I rarely die in games since I try to beat everything, which makes me go forward slowly and more carefully

wai? I enjoyed it. It's difficult as hell for the first two stages because of death by falling off the screen, but after that it's not as bad.

When you're flying the gameplay is alright, but I can't stand walking around...Flicking the stylus to change your view? That's retarded. It should have been like metroid prime hunters-where I can just drag the stylus and change my view. That was my biggest problem...

Oh Uprising. Yeah the land controls are a bit weird. They can take awhile to get used to. I don't mind them now.
Anyone have Mario Tennis Open?
I'm debating on getting it...
My friend has it. We played a few games and it's alright.
They should be releasing demos of all these games! -.-
Cartridge: Mario Kart 7, LoZ OoT, Super Mario 3D Land

What the hell is Swapnote?? Everyone keeps saying it yet I've never seen it in the eShop!! -.-
It's also called Letterbox in some other regions.

I remember beating it during one carride cause I didn't know how or if you could save ^^
I like KD2 better though, even though both were great
And I'm curious on Mario Tennis Open too. My favorite in the series are the gbc MT. It actually had an okay story and some epic gameplay. Spent a lot of hours on that game

I love the demos.
I once had MGS up for something like 3 days without ending the demo. I know all the guards' patterns, where all of the weapons are, the fun things to do, etc. . . I actually managed to get a feeling for the timing of the trank to get to them, so I would shoot them, and walk by them as they fell asleep.

That is the best demo ever. I played it like 20 time before shutting it off:P
Only complaint is the controls. I don't like having to move the camera with ABXY. There is the Circle Pad Pro, but I don't want to spend money on that until other games use it effectively.
