32nd note scales. Since notepad can't do anything but simple note entry you can't create very dynamic sheets, no shortcuts, no way to clean your sheets up. Notepad sucks if you want to do more than just bare note entry.

You can use the glissando tool.

Double click on the note you want to gliss.
