I've never played either of the pikmin games. Both of them having the same music is the only reason I could think of where Di-Taphus would ask:

Oh, I see... No, they're very different and their music too. Even the gameplay is different, in Pikmin you have to rebuild your spaceship within 30 days and in Pikmin 2 you have unlimited time.
I don't even know why Di-Taphus asks! Perhaps the "2" means it's a sequel? Like Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2? And yes, this was sarcasm. lol
