Last I checked, flute was a concert pitch instrument. So you should be able to read off a piano sheet just fine. Locate the melody line, and play it. Simple as that.
Yes, since this isn't a request for a piano arrangement it does not belong in this board.
However, the Gym theme from Pokemon Yellow has already been arranged for piano and is on the site. (http://www.ninsheetm.us/sheets/Pokemon/PokemonBlueRedYellow/Gym.pdf) You could print that and play the treble clef only and that should give you what you're looking for. It also has the Trainer Battle and the Wild Pokemon Battle theme, since I'm not exactly sure which one you're asking for.
