This particular style of music puts a lot of weight on percussion and bass, both of which you omitted from your arrangement. The leads (the 2 trumpet lines) are only a fraction of the overall piece.

I put the percussion in the MUS and MIDI because they're impossible to play and I don't want people to think that they can try and play it.

Also, I cannot hear bass in there.

Emm should the game name be "LISA: The Joyful"? Or should it just be "LISA"?

Olimar told me that it should be just "LISA."

Here's how to incorporate the percussion:

The bass is droning on D:

Here's a demo of how it should sound:

You can do all this is Notepad except for the "x" noteheads. Have fun.

Edited! Going to need someone else to add the percussion notes in Measures 5-8 (the place where bespinben put them), 9-16 (eighth notes? It follows a different pattern in the actual song but i'd be surprised if someone could foot tap that fast) 17-20 (eighth notes) and 21-24 (sixteenth notes) since I can't do that in notepad.
