Hm...I can't seem to find a legitimate source for the track name. The only place I see so far that calls it "GRAAAANDMA" is ZeldaUniverse, (http://zeldauniverse.net/media/music/the-wind-waker-original-soundtrack/) and they don't cite that claim with an official soundtrack or anything. Multiple albums on vgmdb (http://vgmdb.net/search?q=wind+waker) and the lesser ZeldaWiki (http://zelda.wikia.com/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zelda:_The_Wind_Waker_Original_Soundtrack) call it simply "Grandma," so I'm inclined to believe that is what we should title it here too.
I've always seen it called "Graaaaaandma" because "Grandma" just doesn't have the same emotional weight
also no this sheet is purfict nedz no fixz
oh I just re-named it to "Grandma" cuz I didn't see Noc's post
Idk anything about Zelda, so......
Just one note; M.24, the Dm-A7 progression is a quarter-half rhythm, not a half-half. There's just a big rit there.
Still, great arrangement!
As for the name, I'd do what Olimar suggested. "GRAAAANDMA" sounds like he's shouting out for her or something of that nature, whereas this is more of a quieter, serene lament.
Pardon my indulgence there.
Still, good stuff!!

I can't say I see what you mean here. It doesn't slow down thaaat much.

Thanks!
It's not long enough to be a half note-half note progression, I don't think.
I have to side with Latios on this one. Rhythmically, it's a half-half. Compare it to what the other voices are doing at the time.
I agree. It's the same way the three times it happens before, too. Looks nice.
