I'll take a stab at it.
Pick up: LH should be an eighth and a quarter, rather than a dotted quarter (which sort of implies 12/8).
You may want to space your measures a little closer together.
Das all I got bro.

I don't think it really matters since the right hand is the "center of the show." Also, I have seen dotted eighths and dotted quarters in 4/4 time before.

I would say it's up to E. Gadd.

The files have been updated. I did break up the rest, but I didn't feel the need to condense the sheet any; being so small, it would need to be expanded more than anything. So, I left that part. With that said, thank both of you for the input, and hopefully this sheet will be accepted now! :D

Yeah looking back closing the spaces up would just leave like 2/3 of it blank lol.
Also @Sebastian the rests are also supposed to match the note beams

Then shouldn't it be 3 eighth rests...?

Sorry, I meant note beaming. As in, the overall values of the groupings. First is an eighth rest, because of the single note, then a quarter because of the two beamed eighths, which add up to one.
Not a super necessary thing, just something I tend to do cause I think it looks nicer ;D

Ah. That makes much more sense.
