Your post has a rather aggressive tone to it. We're not all that bad (I think).

One thing: Not everyone can afford Finale 2014/.5, so also add a ".mus" file to each folder. That way people with NotePad 2012 can open and give feedback on (and potentially fix for you) the sheets. Thank you!

Sorry for being so grumpy first off. I was in a bad mood this morning. But anyways... I can't afford Finale 2014.5 either. I was using the trial (I'm a very cheap person) for it because I use MuseScore. But anyways.. After browsing and researching, looks like those files aren't backwards compatible. Finale 2014.5's trial can save .MUS files, so I'll get you those right now! Sorry I didn't get you those initially, I didn't know Finale 2012 files were .MUS files. But anyways, here you go!

I don't know if I already said this but I'm really sorry for being so mean this morning. I was in a bad mood this morning because I went to bed at like 11:00 PM last night and today I had to go to a band camp. It doesn't sound that bad but it's the home to the arrogant balloon heads.

Hi! And welcome to NSM! (Uh, yeah, I think I'm late, but I've never seen you around here :P)

Anyways,

I see you have some MK8 pieces.
While I can't look at them quite yet, I would like to ask if you would be interested in joining the Mario Kart 8 Unofficial Arrangement Project. Efforts from anyone are appreciated. :)

However, I regret to inform you that both Rainbow Road and Wild Woods have been claimed/arranged by others members (Sebastian has Rainbow Road, and mastersuperfan has Wild Woods). I would advise not wasting your time on the submission process for these pieces (although MKDS Tick Tock Clock isn't claimed by anyone, since there's no MKDS project ;)), but it's solely up to you. Sorry.

If I can find some time, I'll give them a good look-over to see if there's anything I spot!

Sorry.

I saw that it was JUST posted a few hours ago, and I was really disappointed that they weren't going to be uploaded. However I would be more than okay helping you project (edit)! So uhhh yeah all I really had to sayy and umm bye!

first rule of NSM: just because something is already being done doesn't mean you can't do it too

wait actually real first rule of NSM is read the freaking guidelines but hey
So it's awesome that you arranged those and we're totally fine with you using musescore... BUT if you want something to be submitted to the main site, that takes effort and Finale.  So welcome, enjoy, and maybe arrange sometimes!

Yes, but why should Lenny waste his time if someone has claimed it long ago?

Also, welcome to NinSheetMusic Lenny!

if you think arranging something that someone else has claimed/done is "wasting time" that's kind of telling wrt your views toward arranging lol

I think it's fine as long as he asks the person, especially if it was claimed months ago. Also he might prefer other interpretations of certain sections of a song (for example, he wrote out a part that was omitted in the other version, vice versa, or something else)

Naw. That's not what I meant at all. Arranging is very fun, yes. I guess I meant to say both versions can't be on site (unless one is a duet and one is a solo), so why bother making another arrangement of it?

I don't quite think you mean submitted with the terminology used here ;)

Also, MK7 RR is finished and on-site?

Also^2, XD why is it that every song I do the MK8 version for, you do the original XDXD

Ooh, Elite Four and Diantha from XY. Tough tracks, keeping my eye out for those! ^^

Ever considered using an online cloud storage application for your files? Mediafire works buuuut it's not as elegant as a direct link to the file itself (check out the other PATs! most of them use clouds). Dropbox/Drive/Box (if you're desperate) are all fine options ;)

I don't know the terminology in anything anymore..... XD

I couldn't find it on the website but I trust that it's on the website. And also..

I have no idea!!! But the Mario Kart 8 version of Ribbon Road is almost completely different from the original so hehe.

A. I just looked and I couldn't find it either, but I SWEAR I had a copy of it. I checked my PC, nothing. When I get home tomorrow, I'll go through my sheet music binder. I'm going insane... ;_;

B. Ikr? I had to re-listen to the song when I first heard it in MK8 XD

EDIT: Uh, I found it. Turns out it was on-site. But that person left and took their sheets with them. So, yeah. It's open. XD Sorry about that
