Next time submit something like this as a replacement. (Since I can't quote from archive)
I went ahead and deleted that one so this could be a replacement. The name of the sheet just needs to be renamed "F.L.U.D.D."
I also deleted it to add WiiMan (even if I could do it without deleting the sheet, it's just another reason I went ahead and did it)

Looks better. I'll have to check it more in-depth later, but right off the bat I can tell you that you'll need to move your tempo marking for "got fludd!" As it's colliding with the fermata.

Sheet looks great.
Just two things:
All the notes look good except for this passage:

Just get these fixed and you're good. Also, center-align the second-page title. It's slightly off. You may want to center it in your template, as well.
-The first two notes (the beeping) should be Bb's, not B's.
-The tremolos in the first couple measures should be half-step trills. It's supposed to be an anticipation of the coming scalular figure that is also planes half-steps. It's also vastly easier to play.
-I think the entire introduction would look better notated like this:

Since it's cutscene music, let fermatas help you organize the ideas. The pauses between actions shouldn't be metered out.
-Measure 7 LH should have a C on beat three, not a D.
-The LH in measures 8-9 are the same rhythm used before and that come later, but you've notated it differently (with quarter notes rather than eighth notes). I would recommend using eighths.
-The notes that Seb. pointed out also need to be corrected.
