This is such a wonderful piece I swear.
Few minor things, tho.
M. 12 - 15, and other's like it; the quarter rest above the cross-staffed eighth note seems a bit close. Maybe move it up a pixel or two?
M. 37 - 52; The singing Yoshi part: You have the melodic figure of two half notes, but I feel like there's an eighth note anticipation going from the first half note into the second half note, kinda like what you have at the end. Maybe you could put it on the top since I hear it's only one yoshi singing that part? I works as is, but I feel like it drives it forward with the eighth note in between them.
Everything else looks and sounds great! I may do an ensemble version of this song because of how awesome it is.

Sounds good, I've bumped up a few rests a notch or two in places. As for the added eighth note in the singing part, I like that! It adds more drive to the melody of the section, making it more lively. However, I've left 45-52 as is for some variety and because that section "winds down" the liveliness of the previous section, if that makes any sense.
