Uh... Toad is just irritating, I don't mind him usually, they help you in games, but I
F***ing hate that B******* in MK! He's just a G** while in a kart!
I was pretty much just fine with them in all games (still Paper Mario, they still cool) but they just went downhill with me when they got those horrible voices, then it was just a pain to talk to them (although i liked Toadsworth in Sunshine with his wierd little "humphs")
I always used Toad in MK 64(that's Mortal Kombat 64, thank you very much)
But, unfortunately, his voice sounds stupid, in my opinion. :-\

It's a mix for me, but I think that the Toad race adds something to the Mario series, even if he really is a filler.
