For whatever reason, it was tricky to find a suitable YouTube source of this song. Even GilvaSunner forgot about it!

This piece has some tricky accidentals in places, but the notes look great, very accurate.

-Mischievously.
-You could put an extra Bn in bar 9 beat 2 RH in between the octave Fs (like in the original).
-I hear the Ab resolve down to a G on beat 3.25 of bar 17 (in addition to the D going down to a Bn).
-It sounds like the chords in the opening have the wrong inversion.  I hear the lowest as the one starting on Bn/Cb.

Spellings:

For the first bar, these are some weird chords.  Excluding the first one, these all look the same and are just a semitone lower each time, so we should try to represent them the same each time.  (The first one is only one note off from that anyway).  I think my suggestion would be to use a combination of flats and sharps to get a result that looks like this:

(Note that I've changed the inversion and spaced out the voices evenly afterwards).

The other tricky section is bars 10-13 where the bass line plays a fixed chromatic figure whilst the RH plays a descending chromatic pattern AND then it plays it again with the starting notes completely changed.  It's a real mess to write out in a way that's readable and consistent.  Here's what I came up with:

I tried to keep the intervals consistent whilst avoiding any horrible overlaps between the spellings in the right hand and left hand.  I don't really know a better way to go about something like this.

The only other thing I can think of is that maybe you could argue for this to be written in C major rather than C minor.  I think it might make more sense for it to be borrowing the IIIb chord from the relative minor rather than borrowing the tonic from the relative major.  It might result in less accidentals overall as well, but I'll let you think about it / try it out.

Huh, that is weird. I guess the last time I've heard this was when I was actually playing the game... a very familiar tune though usually cut short by fireballs ^^

Given that as you pointed out the bass plays the same chromatic figure under two different chromatic figures in the RH, I don't think it makes sense to try to prioritize having the sheet make sense vertically (i.e. clashing accidentals between LH/RH) over writing the RH part in a more reasonable way. In other words, I think we should treat the LH/RH parts more independently here, especially given that the LH part repeats.

Anyway, the way it's written all seems pretty reasonable except for m. 13. Here you have two strange parts in the RH - the Dbb-Bbb dyads which are hard to read and the A#-G dyads which break the consistent parallel sixths. I would suggest the following instead:
