I'm using Chrome, and the page says:

Site Temporarily Unavailable

Try clearing your cache.  I had the same problem until I did.

Pros: - Awesome new smileys
        - I can actually save messages into my outbox now (FINALLY)

Cons: - Virtually destroyed the front page of my submissions thread (it's fixed now)

Yep, you just checked the box when sending a pm and it stayed that way permanently.

Also add Buddy List to the pros. :p

It looks the same for you.  He means all the fancy stuff with changing board layouts and whatnot.  But it's not like those have ever been well designed or user friendly.
