I'm here using my phone right now, so I'm unable to check the video and the sheet music, but... I believe "Fi's Farewell" and "Fi's Gratitude" are two different songs.
MPX is right. Both Gratitude and Farewell have been arranged however. Um, I have no clue where Farewell is. It was done a while back by Adrian Currier, I think. Hope this helps.
