Hey everyone!
Looks like the front page has been rather...quiet lately. First of all, I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates. People have been too busy with their lives to actually update the site, as the whole updating process can be quite time-consuming.
But fear not, things are about to change. Please welcome our new members of the updating team - shadowkirby and Olimar12345! These fine gentlemen are going to start updating shortly and you should see plenty of new sheets on the site soon.

Olimar and shadowkirby! I'm glad that, out of many, these two are going to be helping with updates. Yes, I agree, here's to new updates!
I'm going to be home from school soon, at which point I will do two updates: the one that's been in limbo, and the first of the daily updates!
My plan for the daily updates is to add one new sheet to the archive every day, and two on Saturday!

Are they going to become forum moderators too, like Winter and Deku, or just updaters?

Also, no moderators. The plan is to separate updaters from moderators more clearly in the future.
If we do become Mods, Jamaha, we could then edit the posts in the submissions thread with our comments, and update the blog. It would be kind of helpful. Just somethiing to consider.

I know. That's the reason updaters have usually been moderators as well. I'd just like to come up with a more elegant system.

Eventually they stop updating. Everyone does.
But some don't come back out at all. We still don't know where they are. Where they went. We may not want to.
What I'm trying to say is I'm a little drunk and have fun updating. For now.

Well regardless, encouraging them can only make their jobs easier. We'll squeeze all the updating life out of them continue to be positive for the sake of their sanity!

Wow, Winter, you really sound like you know what you're talking about. It'll be a happy day when all this chaos is over and NSM's all organized again.

You guys need more Perfect Dark sheet music. WE need more Heroes of Might and Magic sheet music. As long as there are games with music needed to be arranged, we (meaning, the brave arrangers :P) can carry on!! :P

It's true, I stopped updating when I thought nobody here appreciated the effort. I was gone for a while.
Sometimes it's as easy as saying thank you.
There are a lot more of us than you think who appreciate all that you do. So may I just say, thank you.

So yeah I'm currently retrieving all the software I need to update again, I forgot how much it was. Should be easier on the new computer though.
That's good to hear. Yesterday, I got my coffeehouse performance out of the way. Now I can transfer my time from that to NinSheet arrangements, at least for a couple of weeks.

While it might sound discouraging to talk about updating not lasting, it is unfortunately true. And I have to admit, while this active updating plan sounds great, it has a big chance of being too tiring. Let's prove that things can change, though! Best of luck to the new updaters!

I think Dude is right. I HATE being a pessimist but it's also the reality. The updater's job is hard and time-consuming, so no wonder that Winter grew sick to that. But I hope shadowkirby and Olimar are able to handle this. You can do it guys, try to keep this up as long as you can!
...When I come back there should/better be over 30 new updates! xD
