Title: "Composed by" or "Composition by"?

Which is our default? I can never remember.

I know it says "Composition by X" in G-Han's tutorial thread thing (http://www.ninsheetm.us/smf/index.php?topic=481.0), but Finale defaults to "Composed by X" instead, so which are we all using?

He said you can use whichever you want. I personally prefer "Composed by" but I don't think there's a wrong way. Olimar, for example, does "Composition By". Both are fine.

You can either have "Composed by" and "Arranged by" or "Composition by" and "Arrangement by"

Just don't mix and match, make sure it's uniform.
