NinSheetMusic Forums

Could you guys add a little Ninsheetmusic Favicon to the site and forums?  What I mean is the little icon that appears in the tab or address bar for the website.  Dekudude should know how.

There's a mushroom, the original Link, and then NSM with some music notes. Isn't it playing for you? :-\

Also note that everything but the "NSM" was copied from an example via Google, just so you don't think I have amazing sprite skills. ::)

Seeing as how we kinda need a Favicon, I suggest...............A FAVICON CONTEST!!! to the death... Kinda like the NSM Theme Song contest.....but with Favicons, lol.

I think it might be Internet Explorer's fault. It displays fine on Firefox..... :-\

If you were to just use the image with the notes, and give it a colored background or something, it would be perfect.  Right now it doesn't show up if you have a black theme.

Ya, I realized that too when I tabbed the page. White would be best so it still looks transparent next to the url. Anyways, it's just one I made cuz I was bored, not like it'll go on the site or anything. ::) *cough*faviconcontest*cough*

EDIT: Built on Phase 3 (it's at least 10 seconds long now). Viewable here: Colored Notes (http://www.freewebs.com/ambientrequiem/colorednotes.html). Also, there's too many phases to make a pic timeline for the non-Firefoxers again, so I'll describe it: It's like Phase 3 of my first one (with red NSM), and the notes alternate purple, blue, and green, then all flash colors at the same time (and repeat).

I like that one, but there's too much time inbetween colors.

There's a new favicon! I personally don't like it that much, because It doesn't incorporate Nintendo/video games, and NSM is hard to see.

I didn't notice till you said that. The only problem, in my opinion, is the color behind the NSM since it makes it difficult to read, like PianoMan said. Other than that, I think it's sexy. ;D

I'd rather not downgrade to the Uber Firefox Specialty Edition, it sounds too fancy for my needs.
