A Super Paper Mario arrangement project should me made! Complicated songs, but yields positive results!! What will be the best for me to arrange? Opinions are greatly respected.

I would say Birth of the Chaos Heart. It's one of the best-written and most iconic songs in the game, imo.
I would not recommend the last two unless you're fairly confident. In the last one, the distorted voices are rather important, but they would be difficult to emulate nicely on a piano.
I actually don't remember when that Bowser's battle music plays, but it sounds fairly fun to play. You could try that one.

I wouldn't really recommend arranging spm music unless you're really experienced. There's a lot of hard to hear voices that you need to include if you don't want your arrangement to sound empty, however once you find them all, you run into playability issues. Count Bleck's Plan is probably the most manageable of the one's you've linked, and if you can do it without getting too frustrated then you can try moving onto some of the more difficult ones. I don't mean to discourage you or anything, but that soundtrack is absolutely horrifying (it's also one of my favorites, meh.)

Super Paper Mario is waaaaay outta my league. Gonna go to a simpler one. Also, can you try Bowser Battle also, later? You'll gain my eternal respect because the intro sounds sick!

As said above these songs sound like difficult to arrange, because of all the effect pads, percussion and all the voices and details. I'd say the easiest might be Count Bleck's Plan. It sounds most straight-forward I think.
You could compare JesterMusician's "The Ultimate Show" ,from the latest update, with the original song. That way you could see how it can sound without all the percussion and stuff.

I'd say it's like 7 or something, and that "low" only because it's short. That organ can be tough to hear and it plays very fast. Probably a 8 or something on a scale of difficulty of performance of the song lol.
Yeah, agreed. I guess if you get passed the intro then the song gets easier...but there's the outro to the beginning that's kinda tricky, but not that much
I think the intro is the easiest, because at that part you hear the organ most clear. Later when the guitar comes in, the organ is more in the background.
Really? The intro, intro? The one where there is like 100 notes in 5 seconds??
Well at least you can hear them clearly so you'll just have to slow down to like 10% and pick out the notes. But later it can be tricky to hear even slowed down.
