Hello there! So I tried submitting a sheet and I successfully uploaded a .mus/.midi/.pdf sheet, but when I hit submit, it says that I haven't uploaded any files. What can I do?

If you're using a windows computer, you can make an actual factual screenshot by simultaneously pressing the Windows button and the Print Screen button

Can you link the files you're trying to upload?

Hmm...I can't seem to replicate the issue, it works fine for me. I left the submission up, does it work if you try and edit it?
When I try to edit the sheets, I get the same message:
The following error or errors occurred while processing your submission:
A MIDI file was not uploaded.
A MUS file was not uploaded.
A PDF file was not uploaded.

I'll also add the other things that we tried to do to find the issue
-Uploading a different sheet
-Uploading a sheet not created on her computer (my World S arrangement)
-Uploading from a different device (phone)
-Using 3 different browsers
None of these showed any success. This is an interesting case.....
And would it help if it says: It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board.
Going to go use a new router/modem and see if it works.
