This new version is, I think, much more accurate.

As I recently discovered myself, it turns out that con pedale automatically adds pedal to every measure, so the hidden Ped. markings everywhere aren't actually necessary. Not a big thing since it doesn't change the PDF or the MID, but it helps to de-clutter the MUS.
Small thing in the RH of m29 and m33: hit up on the eighth rests in Layer 1 four times so that it doesn't clash with the whole notes but instead is barely left touching the top line of the staff (which is how I normally see it positioned with conflicting layers).
Also, it seems that the spacing between the staves is a lot larger on the second page than the first; is there a reason for that? I don't particularly see why you'd need to have so many systems squeezed in there on the first page, since there's also enough space on the second.
Overall, though, this is a really solid arrangement! (I will admit that I am sorely missing the ostinato from m5 onwards, but there doesn't seem much of a convenient way to keep it implemented throughout consistently, so it's probably best as is.)

It doesn't ever lift the ped, so I usually prefer the hidden marks. Otherwise it usually ends up sounding like trash if it's a reasonably fast song.

Huh, it sounded to me like it lifted it every measure. Guess not, then.
The spacing is now more consistent and even, and completely fills 2 pages now so it looks way better. I also moved those rests inm29 and 33.
Hmm, the spacing might be too big now in comparison to the systems themselves. Maybe decrease the spacing and increase the system size with the resize tool?
Done.
The spacing on page 2 still seems too big; it's larger than the spacing on page 1. Is it possible to get the two to be the same size?
The systems on page 2 are also really close to the top of the page; I'd advise moving them down a bit.
I moved the top system on the 2nd page down, but the spacing between all the systems is already equal throughout the arrangement, so I'm not entirely sure what you mean.

The Simple Entry Palette covers three of the lines on the above system on page 1 but doesn't even reach the above system on page 2.
Oops, should be good now.
Yep, seems good now.
Apart from that, the arrangement itself seems spot-on!
Also discussed over discord.
Accepted.
