This is a transcription of one of my alltime favourite game! :)
I love me some Wario Land.
Anyway, 2 quick things:
1: the PDF must be made from the .mus file, which means the .mus file must be formatted accurately.
2: Voice doubling - those octaves in the first system only serve to confuse the melody. Also, each the voice is picked up by the RH, you should still include it in the LH and put parenthesis around the RH note. As it is, it's a pain to follow the melody. If you just put rests in the RH, it would seem rather strange. So, this is your best option here.

I have now formatted the .mus filed and made it into a .pdf file

Oké so i made some changes to the first system of the sheet.
Is this the way to do this with the parentheses thing or should i be doing this different?

Are there anymore things that need to change to the sheet before it can be accepted?
This sheet is coming along but there's a lot to be done:
- The melody in the RH is still inconsistent with the original: Even when certain notes are doubled in a piano arrangement, you must always notate the full melody so the reader knows what the melody is. Any notes that are doubled should be parenthesized in the accompaniment part in this case.

- In addition to this, there are some accidental mistakes:
Accidental Errors
LH m5 beat 4.5: An should be Bbb.
RH m9 beat 4: An and Dn should be Bbb and Ebb.
LH m9 beat 3-4: Dn should be Ebb and En should be Fb.
LH m13 beat 4.5: An should be Bbb.
LH m18 beat 4.5: Bn should be Cb.
LH m19 beat 1: An should be Bbb.
RH m19: Any Ans and Bns should be Bbbs and Cbs, respectively.
m23: Any Ans should be Bbbs.
LH m25 beat 1: An should be Bbb.
LH m26 beat 1: Bn should be Cb.
