Things I changed:
Basically all of it. You had the melody right, and the harmony right in places, but not that often.
The final note of m2 was not actually tied over to m3.
The NES had a maximum polyphony of 3 notes. Having 5 notes at once is not representative of the original at all. I trimmed the bassline, basically rewriting the entire thing in the process
