This is the official thread of The Werewolf Game. All posts in the game, including voting, arguing, reasoning, etc. are to be made here. ALL VOTES ON A PLAYER MUST BE BOLDED, otherwise it will not count. There is NO EDITING OF POSTS FOR ANY REASON AT ALL. The reason for this is because editing your post allows a player to take out information he/she might think isn't presentable, it is cheating. Double posting is fine. DO NOT SHARE ANY PMs BY THE HOST FOR ANY REASON. DOING SO IS CHEATING AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE GAME BAN. If you are not in this game, do NOT post in this thread. Your post will be deleted by myself or another mode/admin. If you are dead by lynch, you may not post in this thread any longer, nor may you talk to the living about the game in any other way. If you are dead by wolfing, then you may post ONE post, which may not say anything about the game itself, a mere farewell is acceptable.

Now with the rules out of the way, this game shall begin.

It was a beautiful night in the Mushroom Kingdom. For this night was the night of the Festival of the Fungishroom. This festival came once a decade, and was the most anticipated event for the village of Mushrew for years. The Fungishroom was a rare fungus that was found within the northeastern forest of the Mushroom Kingdom. This forest was strangely magical and wondrous. The Fungishroom allowed transfiguration of living beings! It was only harvested right before the festival, since it took a decade for a Fungishroom to sprout. All throughout the festival, children, animals, and creatures from all throughout the Mushroom Kingdom feasted on this plant, forming into goombas, koopas, Lakitus, and one year a gentlemen named Sirus even managed to form into Bowser; creating a mass panic and great stories to be told for generations to come. This was many years ago of course. The Mushroom Council forbid the transfiguration into Bowser and all other creatures that would harm innocent people after this trickery was committed.
This year at the festival however, the fungishroom tasted particularly delicious. The folk of Mushrew claimed it was due to the strange rains they were receiving from the north. It was magnificently sweet, yet left a sparking taste in your mouth. This had never been the case for Fungishrooms. Normally they were rather bland. The harvesters said it was strange that certain fungishrooms were seen glowing in the night this year.
In the village of Mushrew, festival carried on throughout the night into the very early morning. It was soon ended and everyone returned to their mushroom homes. No one would forget the delightfulness of this year's fungishroom. The candles of the homes and festival went out, and the village quietly went to sleep.

In this game there are: 3 Wolves, 2 Blues(Guardian and a Seer), and the rest of you are humans.
One final thing, if more than 50% of the players vote a specific player during the Day phase, then the player is instantly lynched. It's called an Insta. This is not the phase for voting, though, this is the Night, where the blues and reds send in their PMS, someone will be wolfed in Night.
Edit* I've noticed right now very little are in the chat or coming in at different times. If you guys are going to be in the chat regularly then I highly suggest aim, which would have been infinitely easier to begin with. Rather than having to pay attention the the chat, with aim you could easily walk away and return to see messages were left for you. The chat makes this difficult. This is why I suggested aim as the official form of communication. There's no reason not to use it. www.aim.com
Nevertheless, if you guys continue to not choose, make sure you can contact one another regularly for discussing and what not. I'm going to set up specific schedules during the Day phase if people would rather use the chat than aim. These schedules will mark when everyone in the game should enter the chat(at a reasonable hour). If we decide to use aim this won't be necessary, but as of right now expect it to occur.

Jamaha awoke to a scream. Rushing out of bed, down his stairs and outside of his mushroom home, Jamaha and the other villagers met in the center of the village. In horror, they saw on the ground before them Brawler4Ever's body, and a girl squeezing him crying. The villagers were in awe at the site before them.
"What happened here!?" Screamed Sirus. The villagers backed away from the body as Dude and Concerto examined the body, taking the girl, who was in tears, screaming, back to her home.
"No blood, no wounds, wasn't a goomba or a koopa. They attack violently and leave such wounds." Said Dude.
"No, but look here, this is a bite mark. There's three of them." Resonded Concerto, pointing to three small bite marks on Brawler's neck.
"What could have done this?" Asked Dude. Concerto said nothing.
"It must have been an accident-"
"NOOO!" Screamed the girl shoving away the men carrying her back to her home.
"I saw it! I saw the-them! They came in the night!" She shouted.
The village began to whisper, and looked around strangely.
"Whom, came during the night?" Asked Dekudude, in a voice that was without belief.
"This is nonsense." Exclaimed pumpy_heart to the villager next to him.
"I was walking back from the forest. I saw three figures, not men, though not animals either! They backed Brawler into the center of the village, and the tallest on the right pounced on him. They began to mor-morph in-into-"
"Into what?" Asked Dekudude.
The girl stared blankly at the ground. She made no sign of acknowledgement to his question. She stared for a while, the villagers remaining silent.
"Werewolves."
The villagers remained silent.
"Did you see what happened after Mr. Brawler was attacked?" Asked Jamaha.
"They returned into humans, except..."
"Except, what?" Asked EnR
"They were villagers." The girl responded.
The entire village began to panic and whisper to one another.
"What're we to do with werewolves in our village!" Screamed Pumpy.
"My kids are not safe here" more villagers exclaimed.
"This must be the end of our village!" Said other villages.
"Silence!" Screamed Concerto.
"There is only one solution to this. We must eliminate the threat in our village. If what the girl says is true, we are in great danger, not only for ourselves, but for the Mushroom Kingdom entirely!" Explained Dekudude.
"In order to do so, we the council of Mushrew find it fitting that we shall hang the accused werewolves in the center of the village at the end of each Day." Said Dekudude.
The 7 council members of Mushrew agreed. This was the only way to ensure the safety of Mushrew. The body of Brawler was carried away, a funeral was held, and he was burried.
The sun continued to rise in the sky, and the day began.

Also I forgot to mention, plyaers do not vote get a phantom vote on themselves. This means they get the minimal percentage of a vote(i.e. if you don't vote, .001% of a vote is on yourself). If you reach three phantoms in one game you're banned from the game...

If you guys are going to be voting people, perhaps you should make sure you know why you're voting. In other words, talk to them.
If you're online, I decided it's now required to be in the #TWG irc at 9:00 p.m. EST. This is so that everyone is at least together to make sure they're voting the person they actually want to vote. What everyone is doing right now is putting safety votes on people because they need to get a vote in and not sure who to chose. That's not really smart, you signed up to play, put some commitment in.
I expect everyone to be in the chat except for JaMaHa, because of his time zone in Finland.
I see a lot of voting in here with no reasons why.

JaMaHa We're in a village of people scared for their lives, so mob mentality is taking over, which is the point of the game, and he seems like the most likely to be a threat to many.

When nightfall seemed to close in on Mushrew, the villagers began to think wearily whom to chose. No one wanted to die, or live knowing they're responsible for the other's death. Still, it seemed the only possible way to ensure the safety of the village.
The villagers all met in the village center where the council of Mushrew were waiting. The votes were placed in a balet. The council stood up and began to count the votes. Everyone was silenced.
"We have come to a decision." Replied council member Dekudude. "There seems to be a tie vote between our fellow Sirus, and council member JaMaHa." Said Dekudude as he pointed torward the spot where JaMaHa was standing.
The crowd let out a gasp and whispers.
"In the act of a tie vote, we will need to decide who we shall randomly kill." Replied Dekude over the whispers.
"Why not kill both of them!" Shouted pumpy_heart from the crowd.
"What if they're both werewolves!" Screamed another villager. The villagers began to turn uneasy with the decision to randomly kill a villager.
"Silence!" Responded Dekudude. "We are the councilman and therefore we shall make the decision. Yes, now let's see...I will place the numbers 1 and 2 into this top hat." Dekuded said, removing the top hat from his head. "The number 1 respresents Mr. Sirus. The number 2 represents JaMaHa. Now, Mr. DaveytheRebel, if you would do the honors."
DaveytheRebel separated from the villagers, and walked to the top hat. He stared into the eyes of Dekudude, with most curiosity. "What if he's tricking us into killing innocent villagers!" Shouted Davey. "I am just as innocent as the rest of you in this matter Mr. Rebel, but I did not recieve the majority of the votes. Now, if you'd please, sir?" Responded Dekudude.
DaveytheRebel drew his hand into the top hat and pulled it out just as fast with a number in his hand and threw it into Deku's palm, returning to the crowd.
Dekudude opened the crumbled paper, and looked up at the crowd. "The paper, is one."
Sirus began to tremble in fear. The council members prepared a noose and brought it to the center of the village. Sirus turned to pumpy "I'm not a wolf! I swear upon it! You trust me don't you friend!?" Pumpy nodded, with a grave look on his face. "There is nothing I can do it stop this, Sirus, be brave."
Sirus' face became grim. The council members came torwards Sirus, directing him to the noose. "No! Wait! Please, I'm not a wolf! I swear! You have to trust me guys! I've never hurt anyone!" Exclaimed Sirus with the most desperate pleading.
The council members pulled him to the noose and set it around his neck. "NO WAIT, PLEASE. I'M NOT A WOLF, HOW CAN I PROVE IT TO YOU!?" "We are very sorry, but this is the decision, it's for the best of Mushrew." Responded a council member. JaMaHa directed the executioner to kick away the chair below Sirus' feet.
"No!" Screamed Sirus, but before he could begin his next sentence, the chair was kicked away. There was some gagging, as Sirus' body squirmed and legs kicked for dear Life. The villagers watched in horror, and the kicked eventually ceased. Sirus was dead. The villagers all returned to their homes in silence. Sirus was taken off of his noose and buried near Brawler4Ever.
"Summon the council members, Mr. JaMaHa. I think it's time we met and discussed this matter. Discuss it, more in depthly." Whispered Dekudude to JaMaHa, in a most curious way. JaMaHa nodded and began to call the council members. Dekudude continued to walk torwards the meeting mush home, while keeping an eye on JaMaHa. The meeting began and went on into the Night.

Listen, I have an active life with lots of friends and shit to do every day. At 9:00 PM is the MOST common time for me to be getting together to hang out at somebodies house. If voting isn't enough during the day period then what else do you want us to do? Also, isn't night already? It's 3:05 PM EST on Saturday right now.
Also I'll be gone Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and be returning Wednesday.

If you guys are busy then I clearly don't expect you to try and sacrifice a real Life over an internet forum game. I said if you're online at 9, at least show up in the chat if you're not doing anything important. If that were the case then it should be a requirement to show up at least around nine. Think of it as an official meeting time if you're on. I too am often busy, so I usually just stay in the chat and go idle then come back and read up on what I missed.

"Silence, everyone." Replied JaMaHa, with a swish of the hand to signal their attention. "The matter is, we've been called together for this meeting to discuss the Fungishroom."
"What of it?" Asked a council member.
JaMaHa replied "This has never occurred in our quiet village before. This began as soon as the fungishrooms were strangely different this year. I feel that this is related to the recent outbreak of murder." "Blasphemy!" Cried out other council members. "The fungishroom has never affected our village's behavior."
"This is nonsense, there has only been one murder. Perhaps these "werewolves" have fled the village." Said a council member.
"Alright, nevertheless, we must examine the fungishroom. Dekudude, if you could, would you please bring forth the fungishroom sample." Responded JaMaHa.

The next morning, everyone awoke and checked themselves, families, and friends. Everyone appeared to be there. Perhaps the murderers had fled the village. Everyone began to calm down, when Concerto pointed up towards a tree.
"Up there! Look, it's a person!" The villagers crowded together next to Concerto and screamed in horror. Pumpy_heart was hanging from a branch by vines, his face clawed off. The villagers began to panic, and turned to their council. This was the beginning of their next day.

Let's all think about what we're saying real quick:
1. He's getting defensive. Now, read Dude's post right after mine? He's kind of freaking out xD Cursing, and at the same time, acts like he has no idea what he's talking about. If someone voted for me, and I thought it was hilarious as to why, I wouldn't be freaking out-- I'd be trying to make sense of what they're saying.

Now, I'm not going to say a whole lot more, but believe me-- I AM innocent, and you really are making a mistake. I'll admit it--- I am Guardian! Has anyone else here been protected? No! No one else was protected because I was protecting the Seer.... Who knows that DUDE is a wolf! Believe me-- if he isn't out of here, and I am, then the Seer is probably going to go soon as well... and then what will you guys do? :P

Day is over. Dekudude is dead. It is now Night 3.

Dekudude brought the Fungishroom sample to the center of the room, for the council of Mushrew to see. The Fungishroom was no different appearing than the normal appearance of the other fungishrooms before. Although, it was the same Fungishroom that had been harvested that year, which was believed to be the reason for the crisis.
"As you can see, this is an ordinary Fungishroom. It looks, feels, and tastes no different than any other Fungishroom before it." Said JaMaHa, pacing towards the center of the room where the Fungishroom lay.
The Fungishroom was the size of a being's palm, it was a stalk with small mushrooms growing off of the sides of it. It was very delicious, though very rare.
"Then what is it that you bring the Fungishroom to our attention?" Asked an enraged council member.
JaMaHa stared through the eyes of the council members for a moment, then turned and flipped the curtain behind him open, allowing a sharp ray of moonlight to hit the Fungishroom.
"Gentlemen, this is our reason of concern." Responded JaMaHa. The Fungishroom began to shift from green to dark purple, and began to glow with white. The council was silent.
"Rest assured, the harvesters say that not all Fungishrooms were like this, only a few. This is the reason for the siting of werewolves. I believe our villagers ate this infected fungishroom and transformed in werewolves when the night came. They are responsible for the deaths of our villagers." Said JaMaHa.
"This is why we must take action." Said Dekudude.

The villagers gathered on the second day after the first murdering, and put their votes in the balet. The council members formed together, and Dekudude stepped out and grabbed the balet and counted the votes. There was a grim silence when the last vote was counted.
Dekudude looked up at the crowd with horror "...Me?"
JaMaHa stood up. They looked at each other. JaMaHa grabbed the noose...
"No!" Screamed Dekuded sprinting off into the forest. The villagers quickly chased after him. "You have it all wrong! I am not what you think I am! I am not a monster!"
Dekudude ran into the forest but did not make it far. It was to his unfortuanate sake, that he tripped and became tangled in vines. The villagers walked in closely and grabbed him. The council could do nothing. "No! Wait! I'm not a werewolf! I'm-" before he could finish his sentence, he was knocked out by the fist of a villager.
Dekudude awoke with his legs numb. When his vision focused he realized he was tied to a wooden pole, above a large pile of sticks and wood. "What....what is this!?" He screamed in horror.
"Dekudude, you are to be burned at the stake for suspected wolvery. Your struggle with the vines and noose has made hanging you not an option." Said JaMaHa, reading a scroll.
"Burn me!? Please, don't burn me! I'd rather be thrown off a cliff."
"I'm sorry, but it is the only way to assure everyone you are dead."
"We won't chance you survivng this, Mr. Dekudude!" Screamed Super Zombie.
"I'm not a werewolf, please you must believe me, for everyone's sake, I must live." Pleaded Dekudude.
JaMaHa had no choice, he grabbed the torch and firmly walked to Dekudude. Staring into his eyes, he ignited the wood at the bottom of the pile. The fire swiftly crawled up the stack and lit Dekudude's legs on fire. Dekudude screamed as the fire burned up his body and facy and eventually encumbering him entirely. In moments he was dead. There was a dark stench throughout Mushrew. With silence, the villagers of Mushrew returned to their homes.
"What're we to do with a council member dead, JaMaHa." Asked a voice.
"It is our concern right now to find out this mystery with the Fungishroom, Mr. Concerto."
It was night in Mushrew."

Oh, crap. I just looked back at the posts, and I meant to vote for Dude. Your names confuse me! I'll explain more after the night.
Well, I guess I'll just take my chances tonight. I think Dekudude was telling the truth. I think Dude is a wolf, and I think we have to kill Dude to be sure. They were both voting for each other, so one of them is probably a wolf, and I think Dude was. We should kill Dude. I don't think DaveytheRebel is a wolf, because he's leaving for a while, and that wouldn't really work in the game, but more importantly, he was supposedly thinking I was a wolf, which wouldn't make sense for a wolf to pretend to do if I was being used by them. So I'm going to vote for Dude. If I'm killed this time (I wouldn't suspect to be, but I don't know), then it was because I was talking against Dude, and thus you should lynch him! Also, why would I be a wolf? I signed up late, but Nakah still let me in. He had already set up the people's roles, so he just made me an extra human.

Dekudude was the seer. Unfortunately we lost him but we still have the guardian and he is still unknown to the wolves. Deku had a super alliance with the guardian and they decided to "change" rolls. So he would act as if he was the guardian and the actual guardian would protect him. Pretty ingenious actually. But this is good information to me. For Deku had found out the identity of a wolf.

"I think I have a feeling who a werewolf might be." Whispered a voice to another villager.

DUDE Because Davey is dead.
So why are you all ganging up on me? The wolves can read everything here too you know; a smart wolf would take advantage of these types of things. If I actually were a wolf, I would have taken you out just so it seemed like a human actually was a wolf and was taking revenge.

The smartest thing to do in this situation is to kill Dude, because he is the likeliest to be a wolf. Yes, Dude that did make sense, but it's most likely that you're a wolf. DaveytheRebel says you're a wolf, and then he's found with a spear through his chest. hmm...

Note of Interest: The story is completely irrelevant to the actual game. There's a spear through his chest because of my desire not to be creative on that death because of the time in which I wrote it. The story is for pure entertainment.

Also, Dude is right when the wolves could be smart enough to take advantage of the situation, they killed davey to frame Dude. It's not hard to understand this.

Idk if it matters, but Deku seer'd Dude. Not Davey. :P
I'm still keeping an open mind about these things, it could be that either Davey or Deku (Deku more likely in this scenario) were a wolf. If he were to "pretend seer" Davey, he could go on to form this "alliance" of which he speaks. Then, after Deku feeds Davey his story of how he is the seer, and that he knows the guardian, he could go on to say that he seer'd Dude. If Davey had believed him (in this case, he would have), he would support his cause. Since Dude was in hot water before, he would be a likely candidate. Since Deku died, Davey was left to spread the message.
Idk, I try to see things from all possibilities, so that's how I see it. I'm still voting Concerto though, he was awfully quick to vote Dude after Davey died. =/

Those are good points, and that alliance seems like a wolf cover in which they're both wolves. But, out of all of us, the person who's the most probable to be a wolf is Dude. Two people said he's a wolf. It doesn't make sense to not vote for him because he might have been framed. Just voting for some other random person is not anywhere as probable as him being a wolf. If he's not lynched, he will get me then you and then the world! (if he's the wolf, which is probable) It sounds to me like he's been trying to deceive us this whole game. Vote Dude for lynching, 2008.

The Game is over. The Wolves have won. The conclusion of the story follows. The reason for this is that:

When the villagers met in the center of the village, after DaveytheRebel was carried to the cemetery where Brawler4Ever, pumpy, Sirus, and the rest lie, the villagers were more scared than ever. They gthered into a crowd, only 7 villagers remaining.
JaMaHa stepped forward. "We have intriguing news, and possibly a reason for this horrifying incident in our village."
The villagers all gathered more closely. The council members stepped forward, and uncloaked a fungishroom from a green cloth, and held it up for the village to see.

JaMaHa continued to stare at the Fungishroom in the center of the room. The council members were whispering to one another about the strange glow of the fungus. Dekudude sat silently awaiting the next thing to be said.
"There were three known fungishrooms glowing at the fstival. They were harvested, and mixed in with the normal ones. We believe that these fungishrooms have granted special abilities to some, and a curse to others..." Said JaMaHa.
Dekudude stood up and responded "It is our belief that the fungishroom was consumed by villagers, and now we have this crisis at our hands."
"Then what're we to do? Shall we just kill off the entire village?" Asked a council member.
"We must continue to do what we have been. Killing off our suspects, keeping a close eye on our friends, and our prayers closer."
The council agreed, what other solution could there be?
"No, wait! If we can test our villagers, put them in confined places, and see who transforms into werewolves by nightfall, then we will be able to secure our village without the death of innocence." Responded Dekudude.
"Confine them in what? We are but a humble village, without the means to contain three unknown werewolves." Replied JaMaHa.
"Well, perhaps it's time to ask for the help of the the rest of the kingdom. We can not let this incident leave Mushrew, it must end here." Responded Dekudude.
The council members began to uproar "The King!? You want us to ask for the King's help!? The King has banished our small village to the ends of his Kingdom, only to collect what we harvest yearly for his own needs, we are at the mercy of the unknown beyond the Mushroom Kingdom!" Screamed a council member.
JaMaHa walked up to Dekudude furiously "We will not ask for the help of the kingdom. We are not welcome to the rest of the kingdom, did you forget?"
"No, I did not forget..." Said Dekudude.
"We shall take a vote!" Shouted JaMaHa over the uproars. "Whoever wishes to continue our method, raise from your seats." The entire room raised. "Anyone for nay?" No one stood up. Dekudude stood there silently as the council's votes became unanimous.
"Then it is decided. We will continue. This meeting is now ended." Responded JaMaHa.

JaMaHa held the glowing Fungishroom in his palm before the villagers. "This is responsible for the incident in our village, in the night, certain fungishrooms glow strangely. Some granted special abilities, others a strange curse. We believe they were mixed in with the rest of the harvested fungishrooms and were consumed by our villagers. Why they are glowing and are so strange his year, we do not know."
The villagers were silent.
"We will continue our method, we have no other option. So I ask that you all place your votes in this ballot, I will count them, due to Dekudude's...absence."
The villagers spoke to one another for a while, then their votes came into the old ballot, which was Dekudude's old top hat from the beginning of this incident.
The votes were counted, and the majority said Concerto. JaMaHa looked up grimly, and spoke "Mr. Concerto, would be please step forward..."
Concerto did as he was commanded. The noose around his neck, he looked up at JaMaHa. JaMaHa walked to the noose where Concerto was readied, and placed his hand on the roped to release the floor beneath Concerto's feet. Before he pulled it, hey stared into Concerto's eyes and showed a faint smile. The roped was pulled and Concerto flew down and flung around. Eventually the movements and quivering silenced. The council carried Concerto's body to the cemetery where the rest lie.
JaMaHa turned to the remaining villagers and stared. Looking beyond the village and far past the forest, the sun began to set in the mountains. The villagers were awaiting his next words in silence.
"With a bit of deception comes an entire world of chaos..." JaMaHa muttered. The sun disappeared beyond the mountains, and darkness began to sweep the village.
"I think we should return to our homes now, before it gets too dark." Said Super Zombie.
The council members did not return from the cemetery.
The moon began to shine on the village. Without a moment's pass, Dude, HugoMeister, and JaMaHa screamed in horror as they cringed onto the ground. Super Zombie, Hungry Dragon, and EnR began to back away in fear. Super Zombie ran to his home to grab a sword for protection.
The three villagers transformed from men into creature. With tall thin legs came high pointy ears and a coat of fur. Super Zombie returned in a moment with three swords. Super Zombie, Hungry Dragon, and EnR pointed their swords at the three rising werewolves. The werewolves pounced at them without hesitation, though the swords were of no use. The three villagers fell and were killed by the werewolves.
There was a dark silence in the empty village. The bodies were left in their place as the werewolves grouped together. In the moonlight they let out a strange howl, or a scream even, that crippled all
peace that ever existed in the mushroom kingdom, echoing into the forest, and into the night sky.
Suddenly, a puff of smoke appeared in the tall pine trees, and from the forest came a dark figure.
"Master, thy bidding is done." Said JaMaHa kneeling before the figure's feet. Dude, HugoMeister, and JaMaHa kneeled before the figure. The figure spoke "The leader has a more important task for you." JaMaHa looked up. "You are to come to the leader's keep, there is a more important...task..."
The figure bent into the moonlight, it's dark blue hood became visible, with a long blue cloak, and a broomstick.
"Come with me." Said the wizard, who was Kamek.
With a puff of smoke, the werewolves disappeared. The village of Mushrew was silent. Kamek flew away on his broomstick to the north, into the morning.

The break lines in the story that were -------------------------------- <-that length meant the flash back to the night were the council had the meeting to discuss the Fungishroom. That was near Night 2, I believe. So, Dekudude was alive at that time.
