I've included some rather difficult chords that are showy when you perform them, but I've included alternatives written down

Brilliant stuff, Insig :D I've not checked through pitches properly, I've just looked at the score and there are only a few nitpicks, most of which you could just disagree with:

- Tenutos (Bar 36 being a good example) There are many times throughout where you have lots of tenuto markings over spread LH held chords. Just thinking logistically, there's going to naturally be a ton of pedalling so they start to look like unnecessary extra clutter on the score, if that makes sense.

- F sharp acciaccatura (bar 36) Given that it's the sole low note below a gliss chord, it'll naturally be quite ahead of the rest if it were just notated as part of the chord.

- Bar 38 diminuendo going to p, the p is a bit off position

- Bar 2 I don't think the re-statement of piano is needed because it's the same as the intro (stated 1 bar before) and is also the dynamic before the repeat (stated 4 bars before)

Thassit. Gud ;)

Might I suggest reworking the measure distribution a little bit to avoid it being really stretched out in some places?

m.2 was a whoopsie. That was supposed to be hidden.
m.36 grace note was an artifact from when i didn't have a gliss, fixed the p.
Here, I'm not using the "hold for the full length" definition, but the "stress/play slightly louder" definition for the tenuto. (Blame Rach for getting me in that habit). But I did get rid of some I deemed unnecessary.

Yep. I did that so that the new section at m.18 would be on a new page, making it appropriate for a page turn.

Sorry for the late reply - I've been revisiting this sheet every so often and trying to figure out what's been bugging me - perhaps before it might have been the measure distribution but now I think I realize what it is.

It's the distribution of horizontal space throughout the sheet. You make good use of 3-measure systems, which is good and allows measures more breathing space in general. However, that extra space is unevenly distributed due to the placement of the wavy rolled chord lines in their default positions. They eat up space without pushing the surrounding notes further away, so you end up with things like I boxed on the right where the lines cause the music to become rather dense, as opposed to the left where there are no (or fewer) rolled chords and all the notes have ample space.

I think this is why the sheet feels unbalanced and slightly uncomfortable to me. I don't have a solution off of the top of my head other than manually moving all the notes to the left and right (yuck), but I'm sure some more thought could lead to something that could help.

Much better! ;D

A few parting comments before I'm done with this one:
- Perhaps a louder dynamic for the intro and then p at measure 2? This would also clarify what dynamic level to return to after the repeat. Measure 1 could also use a bit more space at the beginning for the wavy chord roll line. Also, how would you feel about putting the dynamic to the left of the line?
- The asterisk and corresponding written note are placed oddly - the asterisk is high above the chord it's meant to refer to, and the written note looks like it's attached to  measure 16 instead of being a general note. I'd reconsider the placement of those.
- Re-align the second half note in m. 15.
