Request / [3DS] Bravely Default - "Ballad Moving Toward Hope"

Hmm, I don't think I've ever posted a request before

If there's anyone here who also likes the Bravely Default soundtrack, this would a wonderful song to arrange. If anyone would like to pick this up (I can also help with parts of it as it's quite long), that would be great! Even arranging the first verse for the piano and voice (with lyrics) would be amazing.

Story Telling / Poetry for Beginners - Haiku (and more?)

As much as I love reading stories and poetry, I really have no talent for writing them. However, that doesn't mean that there's no reason to still enjoy it as a hobby. I've always found haikus to be both fun and fortunately not too challenging. So I thought I would write some once in a while to distract my mind from the hassles of daily life.

I hope you'll also join me on this mini challenge and get your creative juices flowing. Who knows, there may be a writer lying dormant within you...

Pen twirls on paper
A stage of pure perfection
With no binding rules.

White. Black. Back and forth,
Keys are struck, bringing forth sound
As clear as raindrops.

Hi everyone, I thought I'd do something a little bit different from my usual lurking and share some of my art & graphics, which I like to consider are my hobby. I'm always hoping that I'll find the time (and motivation) to draw more, but it doesn't always work out. In the meantime, here are a few of my selections for you to browse. There's nothing game-related unfortunately, but perhaps that will change if someone persuades me to have a go...

Feedback / NSM Submissions Statistics

Hiya! I wanted to share the result of something that came to mind recently. I thought it would be interesting to see what the trends for NSM updates have been throughout the years. Apologies if this has been done before or if there's already a neater way of doing this, but I basically set up an Excel data table for preparing some statistics for NSM uploaded submissions.

I hope viewing these will be a motivational experience for you.

(Let me know if I made the whole thing too difficult to decipher, I'll do my best to improve it!)

The charts below show the total submissions uploaded to the site per month, categorised into new sheets (blue) and replacements (red). I've also included two key dates, labelled by green vertical lines, which help understand the data a bit better.

Finally, this third chart shows the total arrangements for each month. There's an obvious seasonal trend to be seen!

All-in-all, I'd say the figures show that we can expect a positive trend in years to come. And if we include the factor that the quality of uploaded sheets is only improving, then we surely have nothing to worry about.
