My piano teacher would like me to select 5 songs for us to work on in the coming weeks (just started piano lessons). I have zero knowledge about classical music and I don't want to pick 5 video game songs (even though I'd like to), so does anyone have songs they'd recommend me present to him? Doesn't have to be from ninsheet, I'm talking classical songs or anything that is attainable for a beginner.
I'm definitely bringing at least one Ninsheet song, probably Let's Go to School. If you have any songs from here that would be good please mention them too. Bringing them in tomorrow, so deciding tonight. Thanks!

Help! / Beginner Recommendations

Are there any songs that you would recommend a beginner (4 months, no lessons) play on here? I've played a lot of Koji Kondo so far and Bespinben gave me a few mystery dungeons songs from the reddit, but any others? I'm a pretty big Pokemon music fan.
So far the best piano song I've been able to play was this: The left hand had that repeating pattern, so it was pretty easy.

Request / [PC] VVVVVV - "Passion for Exploring"

Nearly every VVVVVV song has been transferred over to piano, this is the one of the final ones that hasn't been. I've been searching for this for a long time, but no one has ever bothered to arrange it (that I can find). Would be fantastic! I included someone playing it (who didn't make sheet music) just for reference on how a chip tune can transfer over to piano, although you guys probably know how it works either way. Thanks!
