I just tested his tip: wget -r --content-disposition http://www.ninsheetmusic.org/browse/series/Pokemon
Works. Thank you very much!

:(
Well, that sucks. But if you happen to stumble across a way to zip all the files in a nice folder structure, anyway, give me a call..

Okay. You see the picture I've uploaded? That's how it was in the past: You type wget -r http://www.ninsheetmusic.org/browse/series/Pokemon or something and you get a folder named Pokemon with a bunch of subfolders like PokemonRubySapphire and in there you have, nicely sorted by name, all the midi-, pdf- and mus-files. But now, all the midi-, pdf- and mus-files are in a folder named "download" with these subfolders: http://postimg.org/image/w6zohpkvl/full/
And you see all those midi-files without an file extension and some numbers as names? You can play them, but I don't have any freaking idea where they belong to, because they have numbers as names.
My question was just if you could restore the old folder structure where all the mid-, pdf- and mus-files are named appropriately and put into navigable subfolders, so you can easily download them with wget. Or, if that's not possible, to upload a zipped archive of the files in a navigable structure.

And thank you for your attention! :)

Feedback / Folder structure of the site
October 23, 2015, 08:10:21 AM
A few years ago, back when the website was still called ninsheetm.us, I downloadet the entire website with wget. That resulted in a nice, overseeable folder structure I can easily browse through offline: http://postimg.org/image/g4sytjicl/full/
Now, when I download everything with wget, all I'm getting are some files without an extension and with seemingly random numbers as a name, all put in one or two folders.
I'm not complaining or anything, I really appreciate this website. But I really like browsing through these files offline on my computer, too... it's so fast, and this website won't be online forever..
So, what I'm asking is, is it maybe possible to make a zip-archive of this website with a nice folder structure and put a download-link here somewhere? If I zip it with 7zip it's about ~140mb, you could easily upload that to http://www.file-upload.net/ or something.

And here's a new one... Actually I wanted to play something different, but I messed up so often that I became frustrated with it. Then I played this one once and it was okay. Hmpf.

Thank you :) It's nice to be appreciated.
By the way, I'm wondering if any of you think that Lilycove City sounds a little like waltz?

I think I'm going to videotape all the videogame songs I found here. Maybe I'll manage to upload one everyday :)

No you're right it makes me a little light-headed too.
Check it out, youtube is finished with editing the video.

Sure they're synchronized, because I didn't use the midi channel. Otherwise it wouldn't sound so bad...
And the angle is perfectly fine (it's the same as before), but I can rotate the video so it looks like the others. Thankfully, Youtube has a built-in rotate function.

Here we go. Lilycove City. Sadly, I wasted the whole morning to figure out a way to make the midi-function work, but I can't get the video and the sound synchronised... Oh well.

Just did a little experiment with my mike stand with the most amazing results! So easy. I wish I would've had one when I made those recordings. You can expect the next video tomorrow - I made room on my phone, so I can just let it record for 20 minutes straight and then choose the best take. Also I'm messing around with the midi function of my e-piano, I think it sounds a million times better that way.

Why, thank you, ThatGamer. I like my hair too.
God, I love the smell of sarcasm in the evening.

I actually can play a few fast paced songs... I just dislike recording, you know, with the equipment lying about in my otherwise totally shiny room. I was so glad to put it all back after recording those 29 guitar videos, I was just happy looking at a clean desk. But what the hell, tonight I'm gonna do another one, just for you.
Fun fact: Did you know I had to put my iPhone between two books in a shelf to record the piano-videos from that angle (and put it back like 300 times because I had to take so many many takes)? Do you have any ideas for an easier way of recording?

Great website! Just came looking for new stuff and found out about this thing here.
I'm playing some stuff from Pokemon, DonkeyKong64 and Animal Crossing, thanks to this website. I've only been playing the piano for about a year and a half, and I'm trying to learn it by myself. These videos are already a year old and obviously not very good, but I didn't want to delete them and maybe this here will make me practice a little harder once people tell me how much I suck at it, so here we go:

Lilycove Museum (Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire)
Arrangement by Dr. Pamplemousse

Really like this one. It's so easy and sounds great. Always play it to warm up.

The Roost (Animal Crossing: Wild World)
Arrangement by The Deku Trombonist

The first song I learned! Haha, didn't even have a sheet for it then, made my own by copying this synthesia-version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOVjPe5d_y8

Littleroot Town (Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire)
Arranged by ShadowOnTheSun

Actually, I found the sheets for this one on a different website, because there's only a two-piano version available. I remember doing A LOT of takes...

K.K. Ballad (Aircheck) (Animal Crossing)
Arrangement by The Deku Trombonist

Lilycove City (Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald)
Arrangement by Dr. Pamplemousse

Gloomy Galleon - Mermaid Palace (DonkeyKong 64)
Arranged by Nico Mendoza AKA Nacho2420

And I would of course appreciate any complaints about my way of playing the piano.

(And by the by, feel free to browse through my channel and discover the magic world of guitar-playing. I learned that by myself, too. Started with these songs I've been recently uploading, I even made tabs for each of them, check the video description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hMlOvW9lzU&list=PLlx-0_t3TeFP3x-ng8RPDEkDC3HsKl_ui&index=1)
