the chords for beginning are
Em, B/D#, G/D, A/C#, Am/C, Em/B, Am, B.
you did Em (good), B/D#(good), Bm (shoud be G), A (good) Am (good) Esus4 (just Em here) your last two chords are correct.

not bad , i'm not being picky just giving you some advice as a guy that can look at the book and tell ya
i have had this book since it came out however they now cost over 200 pounds (UK) on Ebay

I love leens Love theme, it's a beautiful tune,  i will cover this too in the future.
I have the official piano book (i got this maybe 15 years ago).
Your Cminor is correct however the next chord is Gminor (not bflat) in case you wanted to know
try it out.
