The 2008 version is completely free yes, but isn't found easily. I got it from here, which is a Dutch website, but I imagine it should work for other countries as well. Upon filling in some stuff, you get the download link + serial number. I did it a while ago and never got spam of any kind from them, so it seems pretty safe.

Wish granted, but table tennis falls out of grace completely and is no longer a sport of any relevance.

Notepad 2008 can be downloaded for free, it can still make valid MUS files, just has some limited functionality regarding editing sheets, but other people with higher versions can probably help out with that (changing time signature halfway, etc).

Uh more of an aesthetic issue, the sheet Jib Jig has 2009 on it, thought I'd mention that . Anyway they seem pretty good to me although it's been a while since I last heard the originals.

Yea they don't. This sucks but it could be much worse. One of my workmates lost four fingers when he was using circular saw. That would be murder, all those fingers flying around and the blood... I must be more careful.

Well, making "a" composition is quite easy really, it's making it sound good that's the hard part  . Although apparently some people just do what comes to mind and make it sound great, I guess I'm just not fit for it ^_^
