Some stuff Ive been cooking recently
Pasta: Sautéed in olive oil and toasted garlic. Topped with fresh lemon juice, red pepper and basil
Portuguese Bachalhau: Deep Fried Codfish Fritters, served with Piri Piri Sauce (similar to a crab cake)
Leek, Crimini Mushroom and Fontina Fritatta
Egg Benedict with homemade Hollandaise
Linguine Carbonara

I was in San Francisco this past weekend for Pride!
It was ridiculously fun! I got to see so many companies from the Bay Area and they gave out a bunch of awesome free stuff (the Airbnb tatoo I put on my shoulder is still there!)

Bwahahaha.You still have to pull over to a curb and back up in a straight line... but parallel parking is easy so why shouldn't it be a problem (then again, my backup camera is REALLY handy for that)
