Quote from: SuperFireKirby on August 20, 2011, 11:01:37 AMBro, seriously. It was the only tv show that has ever made me shed tears. Even after three full run through of the entire series, I still had some water works going last night when I watched the series finale.

I teared a bit when Toph cried. It was so sad seeing Toph show that much emotion and have Sokka say, "I don't think Boomerang's coming back... It looks like this is the end."  :-[

My sister, who is 12, out of nowhere said, "I have a milk fetish."

....fetish?

"It means you like it, right?"

Not exactly.

I will learn Japanese soon.

I just Google Translated ã,Œã,,せã,"・うどã,"ã'ã,,ã,"・ã,¤ãƒŠãƒ , which is Reisen Udongein Inaba. That "Listen" button helped.
The way she says it is like "ray sin." These names aren't easy.

I play as Ness in SSBB and want to fight some people. I'm not exactly sure if I'll be good because whenever I'm on the Wi-Fi, it lags terribly so I miss my recoveries and fall to my death.

Quote from: blueflower999 on July 27, 2011, 06:39:05 PMNot in the Pokemon world, but Happy Happy Village. I would paint stuff blue all day long...

They stopped Happy Happy-ism after Mr. Carpainter was beaten up....

I'd live in Verdanturf Town. I love the music there and it's just peaceful overall.  :)

"Don't worry! I'll be fine! It's just college!" Kim said, kissing her mother's cheek.
"I'm sorry, it's just, I don't want my baby girl to leave home. You know how hard it was when Nathan left. I was depressed for weeks!" Kim's mother said, through teary eyes.
With a hug, Kim repeated, "I'll be fine. I promise."
"Focus on your studies. When I was your age, I partied hard. It was a blast but my grades sucked."
"OK! I'll only drink one beer per party!"
"Woah, woah, what?? You drink?" Her mother said, her eyes widened by the statement.
"I'm just kidding mom! Hahaha! Geez!" Kim laughed.
"You'd better be kidding. Now, you better get going if you want to make it on time!"

Kim got into her car and started up the ignition. She gave one final smile to her mother.
Her mother smiled back and made the "call-me" sign. Kim laughed as she drove away to her new life.

That was terrible.

Movies & TV / Re: The Legend of Korra

Just in case, plot overview.

QuoteThe series will focus on Korra, a teenage female protagonist from the Southern Water Tribe and the current incarnation of the Avatar, who, according to the president of Nickelodeon, will be "hotheaded, independent, and ready to take on the world." She has already mastered the elements of Water, Earth, and Fire, but needs to master Air. The character was partly inspired by Avatar Kyoshi of the original series, who the creators say was very popular among fans. In order to avoid repetition of Aang's adventures, the creators wanted to root the show in one place, called United Republic, a steam-punk style metropolis where people of all nations, benders and non-benders, live together, founded by Aang and Zuko and built after the 100 year war. The city's police are metalbenders led by Toph's daughter and taught by Toph herself. A group of anti-benders, called the Equalists, use chi blocking skills to subdue their enemies. A concept drawing of the city, released with the announcement of the series, shows the city's design as inspired by Shanghai in the 1920s and 1930s, Hong Kong, Manhattan, and Vancouver. There are Pro-Bending teams, but Airbending is not included. In the show, Korra will have to learn Airbending from master Tenzin, son and youngest child of Avatar Aang and Katara, and contend with an anti-bender revolution taking place in United Republic. The final design of Korra was revealed at the 2011 San Diego Comic Con, along with her Animal Guide, who will be a Polar Bear Dog called Naga. Aang has found a new breed of flying bison after the war, and there will also be new flying lemurs called Ring-Tailed Winged Lemurs. They will not appear much until the second season.

I'm so excited for this! I loved Avatar!

I wish, like others, that some loose ends were tied. What happened to Azula is my main question. She's my favorite character. I know she got locked up but did she escape? Did she stay silently? Makes me wonder.  ???

Question. Am I pronouncing these right?

Gensokyo - gen soo kyou
Touhou - toh ho
Flandre - flaaahn dray

and I have no idea how to pronounce Reisen. Is it "ree uh sin?"

Quote from: seagaia on August 13, 2011, 07:29:59 PMI like this song, and even without the request want to arrange it. I'll just reply to this so we can mark it as arranged when I finish.

Also, the link is the soundtrack arrangement.

I'm not really sure whether to arrange the link, or the song from the actual game

You're arranging this? Just wondering, because I love this song as well.
