Be genuine. If you're not actually invested in what you're writing about, the person reading it will know. They read essays for a living.

Make sure it's about you; not what you know how to say. While it's important to leave an impression of being a good writer, you're not quite being evaluated on the quality of your writing. The point of these papers is for admissions officers to get a sense of who you are. This is the only thing they see from you that isn't a number or a factual statement about what you've done. Use it to tell them who you are beyond the things you've done.

And do a little research and tailor the essay to the school you're applying to. Even if it's obvious (because they'll definitely recognize pandering), it still shows that you're invested and interested enough to do research. Just remember, it's not the point. It just helps show that you're not just copying and pasting the same essay.

I wasn't arguing anything. You just misrepresented the information you linked to.

I know men are more likely to be convicted of a crime, but that's likely based in gender stereotypes. Please don't go around talking about which gender is less moral. It's not a valid discussion and only ends in sexist opinions and comments.

A good half the population at least is introverted and enjoys (and needs) time alone.

Completely undiagnosed, but apparently this isn't common: You know when you put in earbuds to play  music or something, but the volume is up to max for some reason and it's super loud and painful for a second before you rip out the earbuds? When that happens, I associate it with a very distinct sort of metallic smell. Other sounds don't have that effect as far as I can tell though.

The reason you got a message telling you that your save got corrupted is because they were responsible about their programming. Write operations fail sometimes. Storage corrupts. It's just a fact of using a computer.

Retired military can be called back to active duty. If you've spent 15 years as a private citizen raising a family and establishing a career, you can be called back to military service. Since the president is commander in chief, he could call retired high-ranking military officials back to active duty, which is effectively a potential threat to their freedom of speech. And it means we can bolster our military strength in extreme circumstances (extreme being a relatively subjective term) without issuing a draft.

I feel like, despite the spectacle in the foreground, that image belongs to the girl behind you.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Slow down. You have a right to be upset, but it doesn't sound like it needs to be directed at her. You even say in this post you "thought" she was interested in you. People don't "trick" people into liking them just for the fun of watching them follow them around. Fine, I don't know the full truth and experience, but it sounds a lot like you're trying to blame somebody else for not liking you.

It's an adventure movie. Batman is cool, then we realize he has character struggles and things fall apart, then plot develops and characters interact, Batman hits the bottom, has a revelation, and succeeds. It's a pretty typical family movie structure. They actually do quite a bit to make fun of superhero movies (unsurprisingly).
