That seems to be too much negative for a 'Made My Day' thread. . . We need to add more happiness. Bring on the puppies!

Now you will misspell at least one word in each post for a year. Why did you have to curse him? Why?

Every person on this forum would. This is a musical website; Rebecca Black is anti-music.

The person below me likes purple.

I swear every time I try to comment on this kind of thing I make a grammatical error of some sort! It's like the god of language hates me!

Oh, but it does. There's EK-set-ehra, and there's the correct ET SET-ehra.

Nintendo / Re: General Pokémon

I, ahem, spent my entire life one summer and beyond getting a certain shiny in SoulSilver. It happens to be a shiny Lugia. I swear I could go through that dungeon part with my eyes closed. It took such. a. long. time. I love it though. Everybody accuses me of cheating though.

Did you know that there is about a 1 in 8000 chance of getting a shiny Pokemon? That means that you would (mathematically/theoretically) have to battle a certain Pokemon over 8000 times to get it in shiny. . . I'm so glad I wasn't counting tries.

Off-Topic / What Song Is Stuck in Your Head?
May 18, 2012, 06:43:19 PM
We all have a song stuck in our head right now, and you can't deny it. It's a curse of all musicians. For example, I've got the Wind Waker Symphonic Movement that was on the 25th Zelda anniversary CD. It's only the last 10-12 measures though. What are you humming, and is it an annoying song, or something you love?

That's exactly what I was pointing out. Nobody outside of my intelligent group of friends can understand that it's two words..

Groose for the sole fact that his lips are yellow. I love him and the music that comes with him (trombone FTW!!), but he's just creepy sometimes.

Finals. . . What I mean by that is movies and joke tests. Playing on the Google Earth flight sim in one class, watching Dr. Strangelove in another, watching Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail in English, my band final is gonna be graduation (why do we play at that? nobody listens to us), and then we have a math quest (quiz-test) that can't do anything to my grade, and finally a chemistry test and Spanish test, both of which I'll get over 100% on. . . Why isn't school over?

I hate it when people say exetera or something of the like. Also, you can't times 2 by 3, you multiply them.

Thanks. I was thinking the same, but I couldn't be sure. Also, I currently have that pattern in the left hand repeating with different chords throughout most of the song, but I was thinking of changing that to dotted eighth; dotted eighth; eighth; dotted eighth; dotted eighth; eighth. This would replace the sixteenth notes in the left hand once the right hand is introduced with the main melody. I don't know how feasible it is for the random user to continue to play this rhythm throughout the entire song.

Question. I edited the original post and the name, but everything is still the same. I'm just adding new songs. On Gerudo Valley (I'm pretty sure that's the name, but there might be a 's) I am trying to get the repeating, lower rhythm correct, but I can't hear it distinctly enough. I narrowed it down to these three, but I don't really know past that. By the way, ignore the second half of the measure. I forgot to change that.
