I don't remember any bacon lips. If it's from endgame I wouldn't know. no spoils plz

Arranged Impa's Fate / Farewell from Skyward Sword. This has been in the works for a relatively long time now and it's now at a presentable quality. The way that the instruments are used sometimes makes it hard to pick out certain notes; because most of the instruments are strings (along with the way that they are used) it can be hard to discern certain voices. In addition, I did take some artistic liberties (such as the tremolos in pt 1 m16-17 and the harmonies and octaves in pt 2 m6-8) to preserve the "feel" of the track. Overall I think that I did a good job at not only transcribing the piece into notes, but actually arranging it to sound well on piano.

Also, the track Past at Peace is completely contained in Impa's Fate / Farewell, so by extension it is also arranged.

Quote from: Sebastian on September 21, 2017, 10:59:50 AM- For some reason you have two MP markings in the same spot. You can delete one of them.
Done.

Quote- Put a courtesy accidental on the F# in the right hand of M. 5.
Done.

Quote- You put slurs on the eighths in the LH in M. 1-4, but not 5-8. Maybe consider doing that to the ones in 5-8 as well?
...that's why I put the simile marking there. If you aren't supposed to use "simile" with slurs, then let me know.

Quote- Go ahead and double the C in M. 12 (LH) to fill it in some more. The C appears in the original.
Done. I doubled the C up to match with the overall register of the left hand.

Quote- You can go ahead and remove the lines in M. 9 & 15. The RH symbols are enough of a clarification for the RH.
Done.

Quote- RH: In M. 15 you have an eighth tied to a quarter, but in M. 2 you just have a dotted quarter. For consistency, change one or the other to match with the other.
Doesn't it only matter when it crosses beat 3?

Done.

Everything else I didn't mention (mainly formatting) I couldn't do due to NotePad.

Me acknowledging my alive-ness.

I have a Discord log that shows sorta how I feel about everything -

BlackDragonSlayer - Yesterday at 8:13 PM
| @Lkjhgfdsa_77 Any input on this matter? I'll be leaving in a couple minutes to go get dinner, but I'd like to hear what you have to say about all this.
| Especially because Brainy won't say anything and Davy is away.
Lkjhgfdsa_77 - Yesterday at 8:23 PM
| uhh
| to be honest I really lost track of everything after I died
| I read through all of the posts just to be up to date
| if my claims can help, let me know
| also, imo blue claiming guru for like a day then coming back was pretty sketchy
| as in retracting the claim
Olimar12345 - Yesterday at 8:31 PM
| It was a false claim used to avoid being lynched. He said somewhere that the intention was to help get himself wolf'd over thc, (which didn't work) but
| take from that what you will.
Lkjhgfdsa_77 - Yesterday at 8:34 PM
| I know what it was
| it just seemed a little suspicious

I've been thinking about the Blue thing though... It seems less suspicious knowing that Brainy talked to him and that it was a move for the humans, although it didn't exactly pan out.

I went through the sheet again and made a bunch of improvements, many of which you suggested -

Quote from: JDMEK5 on August 31, 2017, 12:35:13 PM-Spacing is all over. More between staves within systems, less between systems. Plz
Didn't fully do this because of NotePad. I did, however, paste the file onto a 4-measures-per-system file I had lying around.
Quote-Pedal markings aren't going all the way to the end. Is this deliberate?
No. I replaced the explicit pedal markings with a Ped. and a note to lift when apropriate.
Quote-LH: You're using a lot of open 5ths and 4ths when I'm hearing more disonant intervals. I'd suggest either fill the chords out or opt for the 3rds and 6ths when you can instead of the perfect intervals. That being said, this next comment may change the way you play this game.
Jazzed up all of the main LH chords and made them triads. I also reworked the violins, changing the chord shapes and moving them to the left hand because...
Quote-Watch for overlapping hands. It's kind of.. happening everywhere. You're gonna have to deal with this somehow.
Moved the melody up an octave. This should have removed all of the main clashing problems.
Quote-Similarly, if you want the last D in the LH at the very end (which I love btw), I would drop it from the RH. Don't have it tied over like the rest of the chord. Will it look funny? Potentially. But it's also gonna give the best results imo.
In the last 1-2 measures, I halved the note values and removed the "a tempo," which in my opinion better captures how the song ends. It plays too fast on playback, but anyone actually playing the sheet would likely know how slow to end the piece.

Some other notes -
 - I changed the title to "Home Island (Menu)" to further differentiate it from "Menu Theme" and to align with other track name sources.
 - I'm having trouble with the violins at m10 / 14; I'd like to make them 6ths as well but I'm not sure how.

Sorry this reply is so late; life got in the way and I kept putting off this piece. I normally go through my sheets before I submitted them, but since the updaters were going to be active I just submitted my most complete arrangement.

Olimar and Brainy (unless he sticks to his claim) still need to claim to me.

Quote from: E. Gadd Industries on September 13, 2017, 06:42:47 PMAnd besides, what are the merits of putting the cookie out of play (just curious)?
I don't see any for him, but there might be one against the team. Maybe because he wants the ability to be "wasted" on someone that the group already thinks is suspicious?

Also, per davy's request claim to me so we can get along with everything.

Quote from: davy on September 13, 2017, 10:51:31 AMLkjhgfdsa, since this is your first time playing here, let me explain what you are expected to do.

Understood. I have read the PMs that I got so far, but I will wait for more to make any more actions.

Quote from: blueflower999 on September 13, 2017, 08:05:48 AMTruthfully though it almost seems too perfect. I haven't played with Brainy before but unless he's a really, really bad player, this almost seems too obvious, almost like he's going out of his way to make sure he's lynched day one.
Either suspicious or makes sense, I'm not sure. I couldn't think of any item or ability that him being lynched would benefit from (except maybe Fat Werewolf ability), but I feel like we might be walking into something...

Quote from: davy on September 12, 2017, 05:48:02 PM3. Everybody confirm that you are not the control freak. Please be honest about this. If you are the real control freak, come out and say so. If everyone confirms that they are not the control freak, we know that Brainy is.
I understand how this will work, but to me it seems a bit suspicious -

1. If everyone complies, it confirms Control Freak, an influential special role
2. Because everyone knows (including wolves), the wolves could kill the Control Freak claim and effectively secure item positions for the rest of the game (fine, except baklava)

Yes, I know "be honest," but someone could lie about / could have already lied about their role for this very reason. So - are we willing to effectively publicize this role?

Quote from: BrainyLucario on September 12, 2017, 05:23:10 PMI never said I was human? The only reason I did that was to throw E. GADD off, since I knew he'd probably post the log

If you were trying to throw him off...

No, I'm not really a wolf I just have the cookie and want you to put it out of play.

Just kidding I am the other blue role
... then why change your story multiple times?

I'm not the best at TWG, but since I sort of know how to play... I'm in unless someone else really wants to join this round. I'll try to be online with school and everything else happening.

People on the NSM Discord have been talking about having the update power through the submissions board, so I decided to put another sheet up for submission. I didn't go through it again like I do with my other submissions, so it might be a little rough around the edges. Also, do not confuse this track with the similarly-named "Menu Theme" from the same game.
