Feedback / Plagiarism?
March 15, 2009, 07:40:44 PM
This what i concluded after looking at the first couple arrangements in this particular section...

Original Arrangements-----------------------------------------------------

Matoya's Cave..........................http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=fmdtzgj1ymn&thumb=4
Chaos Shrine............................http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=timy2hmzydj&thumb=4
Underwater Temple....................http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=3mmm3jq3dky&thumb=4

NSM Arrangements--------------------------------------------------------

Matoya's Cave, Chaos Shrine, Underwater Temple.......http://ninsheetmusic.drshnaps.com/sheetmusic.php?franchise=FinalFantasy

The most interesting part was that he didn't even try to change anything from the original to make it his own.

Yo, does anybody know where I can get software that can separate audio files? Kinda like a sound editing software that can separate the different channels of a song.

Help! / Rank
January 05, 2009, 09:37:34 PM
How do you move up in rank?

I've seen people with little starts and different rank names along side thier user names, but what does it all mean?

Also, what does it take to move up in rank?

If anyone could answer these questions that would be great!

Thanks.

Help! / Difficulty
January 04, 2009, 11:33:57 PM
Is there a degree of difficulty that arrangements should be at in order for someone to play?
I'm not a very good piano player, but a sufficient arranger, so i don't know what degree of difficulty i should start at.

I also arrange mostly in a 4 hands, duet arrangements:that way, i can get all the flavor and color from the song.

So...if there is a "standard" of difficulty, then be sure to let me know please.

Thanks.

Music / Orchestrated Final Fantasy VII Music
January 04, 2009, 06:56:32 PM
I was wondering if anyone can help me locate any tunes that have been remade into orchestrations, from the FF VII series.
I'm not talking about the lame, self made orchestrations, but the ones that are acually played by an orchestra.
To look, Shiro Hamaguchi has a few, but not all of them, so if anybody could throw me a link or two..that would be great!
thanks!
