This measure has the normal 4 beats in it. The need for a time signature change was removed when you doubled all the note values, causing that half measure to become a full measure.

But then wouldn't it not fit right if I still kept the half measure? Cause nothing seems to be out of the ordinary with rhythms or musical spacing, but if what you said was the case, then there should be problems that are easily noticeable from keeping it a half measure and I don't see anything like that.

You doubled all the note durations. So every full measure before is now two full measures. And the half measure before is now one full measure.

The reason why it looks ok is because it's actually a 2/2 bar, even finale thinks so, but it's currently set to display 1/2 instead of 2/2 (which is why I called it a fake time signature.)

Also I updated everything. Only thing I didn't do was change to cut, because I believe 2/2 is nicer and I also believe that's been the way things were formatted in my past cut time sheets

Fixed up a few miscellaneous things for ya:
- Header info not aligned
- 8va/vb line extension
- Placing the mordents above the chords to clarify that they apply to the top note
- Slight spacing adjustment/visual fine tuning
