I know that you should generally slur to the end of the tie. But I think it's fine at measure 23-24. As the point of the slur is to indicate that the grace note should be slurred to the note after it. I also think it's easier to read when only slurred to the first note, rather than having a big slur to the last note.

Also I think the title is correct, but I don't know as I don't know Japanese. Here's the soundtrack list: https://vgmdb.net/album/3685
I've seen both "War Demon" and "Battle Demon". And I don't know which one is right.
