How To Use FTP links?

I'm trying to post an arrangement in "Piano Arrangements" but can't figure out how. I assume I need to use the FTP links but I can figure them out either.

I don't think any of us use FTP links. As far as I'm aware, we use Google Drive, Dropbox, maybe Mediafire (though I've had nasty experiences with pop-ups there), links to Musescore's web pages, our own websites on occasion...but not FTP.
