Couple of quick comments first as I skim (will look more later)
- I think you're overusing accents a bit. Putting them on every note in the secondo part in the loop isn't necessary - you can easily do without them with a well-placed performance direction, dynamic, or something similar. The same goes for Primo LH in the first system. You could just have a dynamic change in m. 5 instead of overusing accents at the beginning.
- Backslash at the end of the URL

Nice. They accents there on every note in Secondo RH, though - I'd consider replacing them with a performance direction still. Thoughts?

One other thing to think about - having the beat 4 B flat octaves in the bass do an octave tremolo to emulate the drumroll would be rad.

Everything else looks terrific.

Can you put a simile for the top staff slurs and hide the rest after that? It's kinda tacky as is.
You don't need to do this, but the final measure might look cleaner with staccatoed, accented quarter notes. Up to you though, no pressure.
