I spent an embarrassingly long time debating over which sections should have the LH doubled in octaves until I realized that I liked the whole thing better without any LH octaves.

• I think the LH would be better one octave lower, like the lowest voice in the original. Up to you though.
• The copyright info and page numbers and stuff should be within the margins.
• 16th rests in m18 and 19 LH are touching the beams.

Other than that, this is a neat sheet.
