This is great! The unusual intervals in the arpeggios (particularly the D-Eb minor seconds) create tension in this simple arrangement without the weird fading in/out synth-y things in the original.

Just two minor comments:
- I think the chord in m. 18 is a bit more crunchy than you have written in - it sounds like it could use a D/Eb below the current notes, or something along those lines.
- Lower incoming tie in m. 26 should be flipped down like the one leaving m. 25 (similar to how you have it in the last measure).
