The top voice goes to C on beat 4.5, and mentally I still lump that in with beat 4 since its part of the same chord (like I still hear that LH chord underneath). In the original, the C does sound strange there, but it still kinda fits since there's a lot of strange harmonic/melodic elements throughout. If it were to be changed, I'd go with a Dn like you said over Bn, but personally I'd probably just keep it a C like it was before.

I prefer the C rather than the D natural. The Dn sounds off more than the C to me.

Oops! Sorry, I meant to say that they would be better off centered on the noteheads, not the stems.
